Our modern beach house is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, a resort-feel outdoor space furnished for outdoor sunbathing, lounging and BBQ dining. Centrally located in iconic Asbury Park's charming northwest neighborhood.
Luxuriate in a heated gunite 45-ft long, 9-ft deep salt-water private pool (heating available for a nominal fee). With natural light shining through every corner and extra large sliders opening to the pool lined with mature Privet hedge for privacy, this home is the epitome of shore living. A gracious front porch perfect for entertaining welcomes you with new hardwood floors, a cozy formal living room open to both the dining room, living room and kitchen. A half bath can be found just off a second entrance mudroom. On the second floor, find three bedrooms with a shared hall bathroom and a master suite featuring a private balcony with pool and garden views. There is also a dry basement with laundry and paver driveway.
