Luxury Premier Oceanfront Condo Unit

Premium oceanfront northeast corner unit in the luxurious St. Maarten condo in Daytona Beach Shores. Don’t confuse this premier ocean front unit with other interior and side view units. Interior units are smaller and only have ocean front views from living room and master bedroom. Side view units are nearly 500 sq. ft. smaller and only have side views from living room and master bedroom.

3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2570 sq. ft. unit with massive 325 sq. ft. balcony accessible from both the family room and the master bedroom. All living areas including family room, dining room, kitchen, and all three bedrooms have windows with ocean views. Master & junior master suites each have king beds, walk in closets, and private baths. Third bedroom has two queen beds.

The St Maarten condo has premium amenities including two heated outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, easy beach access, exercise room with cardio and weights, his & hers saunas, and billiards room with two tables.

Our condo unit #208 is cleaned and sanitized between each rental use. The unit incorporates a Remi HALO LED air purification system that reports to Reduce Coronavirus Surrogate MS2 Bacteriophage by 99% in Independent Testing.

Our gracious hosts went well beyond our expectations in providing an excellent getaway for us. Condo on the Beach

Wonderful condo, plenty of room, on the beach. Lots of things to do, everything we needed was in the condo. Many great restaurants near by.
