This vacation rental offers all the items you want for a perfect beach vacation with a touch of luxury! This is a rental at the beach you don't want to pass up! Numerous upgrades add to your vacation experience. New sound reducing windows and sliding glass doors, new variable speed Air Conditioning with upgraded filtration. New quartz countertops with a large flat island.
Other unique features include:
2 extra wide secure garage parking spaces, 9' ceilings, large living area, large modern kitchen, huge master bedroom, and 3 spacious baths for an easy going vacation experience! This spacious beachfront rental is in the heart of all that is special in Ocean City. The amusement pier, various high demand restaurants and bars are just a short walk away. The 7th floor elevation offers spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean, Assateague Island and boardwalk. It comes furnished with large smart LED TV's in every bedroom, and a theater like experience in the living room with Yamaha surround sound, Xfinity HD Cable Box with Blu-ray, access all popular streaming services.

For sleeping, the primary Master and second Master bedrooms have upgraded Casper King mattresses and en-suite bathrooms, the third bedroom offers a full over full bunk with single trundle with private bath. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the Great Room which completes the sleeping options, comfortable for max of 11 people. The master bedroom has three large picture windows which provide a mesmerizing views of the ocean. There are 2 swivel chairs to allow you to view ocean, play cards, read, or just turn around to watch the TV. There is private access to the balcony from the bedroom, so you can people watch or view the sunrise uninterrupted. It is a nice sanctuary allowing you to retire and relax from the day's activities! Included in the master bath is a jetted tub, large shower and double sink for your pampering, and it even comes equipped with a hair dryer.

When not on the beach, enjoy the roof top sundeck & saltwater pool, views of the ocean, bay, or use the workout facility with sauna. You can also pour a refreshing beverage, and put on your favorite streaming entertainment!
Beautiful ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths and Great Room. Bedrooms have newly upgraded LVP flooring. Tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. Make quick work of laundry with the full-sized washer and dryer. Enjoy carry out meals or prepare a great meal in the gourmet kitchen.

Great place to stay. Very well stocked, Keurig and coffee pot for all the caffeine needs. Lots of communication prior to arrival. Well stocked, nicely appointed. The views are amazing!! Saw dolphins most mornings

Great getaway

There are things that need to be fixed/addressed within the unit (showerhead in master bath is wonky, saddles are missing in king bedrooms which leaves carpet staples exposed and dangerous), but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect OC MD Boardwalk Location

We spent a weekend celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday with her friends. They loved that the boardwalk, amusement park, shops were just downstairs. I appreciated the new doors and windows that kept the outside sounds outside. The description of the property was accurate and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (although the coffee mugs were teeny tiny). The unit was clean upon arrival. I would absolutely recommend this rental for anyone who wants to be close to the action.

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful time and the condo was amazing. The photos do not do it justice! It is perfectly located on the boardwalk. We thought there was an issue with the thermostat and called the office, they were willing to be there within 10 minutes. It ended up being nothing but I was so impressed with their responsiveness. I would love to stay with them again in the future.

Awesome view and location

Place is fantastic! Right on board walk but high enough floor that not too loud. Walking distance to all things OC has to offer. There is also a small grocery like food store that sells beer and wine that is a block away so easy to stock up without having to get back in car. The view of the ocean is amazing and unobstructed. The place was very clean, beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space in each bedroom and the family room area has good seating options so all can relax and enjoy the view or watch tv. Kitchen is nice. We did not do any cooking so I cannot comment on Kitchen supplies but the few things we did need they had- plates, utensils, cups, coffee maker, etc. Hope to stay at this great place again!

Awesome Condo!

Our family enjoyed this condo! Beautiful views the condo was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable! The only thing confusing is figuring out the inside of the condo complex which elevators to take to get you in the parking garage ect but we quickly learned. The elevators are very slow but that’s obviously the complex’s issue. Also the host is VERY responsive which is a great thing if you have questions/concerns. When we tried to close our blinds in the living room the spinner to shut them was laying on the floor broke and Steve had someone out there the next morning to try and fix it for our stay. Would recommend to any friends and family looking to stay in OC & if we visit again in the future we will defiantly be back!

I love the location and parking is secured so is your entrance n exiting we had a ocean front view w the 🎡 to our right n view was spectacular everything was all around us plenty of room for my family n friends, great living rm space kitchen, huge master bedroom w king bed extremely spacious n comfortable, bath two huge mirror closets my only concern I like room darkening curtains you provided blinds but they didn't really last n broke off when we tried to open or close, so we had the ferris wheel lights in our faces during the night. It was a very spacious condo totally clean and told my Hubby that I would definitely be interested in coming back here many times ...we were able to call the people who were in charge of the condo and they responded and answered everything at any time w my learning disability it was very much appreciated 😊 literally cannot wait to bring myself n family back , the roof top pool was a great place n walking right out to the beach was great too,we were here for my Daughter's Bachelorette Party spur of the moment reservation s were made it was an amazing time we cannot even thank you enough. I 😔 sadly think I forgot n left behind my daughter's beige sheep baby pillow 😫 and if u somehow find it please 🙏 contact me it was apart of my children's baby stuff and I take it w me to have a piece of them w me wherever I go

A++ for the housing

My favorite part about the whole stay was the housing, I loved getting to come back to it. It was beautifully decorated, didn’t have any smells like smoke or plug in fragrances, it was homey and peaceful. The view was beautiful. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed with the area. I didn’t realize we were going right into party central for ocean city. So this area is not family friendly. I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old and we saw a completely naked person on the boardwalk… among other things. So not family friendly. Also I could hear very loud bass music from either above us or next to us, through the walls. And we had noise makers to help drown out unfamiliar sounds and I could still hear it. None of this is the owners fault, obviously. I just wish I had known all this before coming with a family. So if this helps out another family with young kids, that’s all I’m trying to do. Loved the housing, very clean, very homey, everything you need is there. We ate a lot there in home due to dietary restrictions, so we didn’t eat out a lot. Also if you have the doors open for fresh air; don’t expect it consistently. We had to close our doors often because people around us were smoking and it was quite strong.

Property was great. The printed directions you shared were very helpful. We appreciated the cleanliness of everything and all the little extras that were provided. The air worked great and the beds were comfy. The location was wonderful (except for the karaoke guy who stationed himself on the boardwalk under us for two nights.) Would return again in the future.

Awesome property

This property was great for our family of 7. We’ve stayed at numerous locations along the boardwalk and this was the best. It was nice having the private spot in the parking garage, but we didn’t realize our car top cargo carrier would not fit. We did find it in the information after the fact, but just something to think about.

We had a nice time. We enjoyed being right on the boardwalk. We feel some of the inside furniture could be much nicer, the outdoor patio set really needs to be replaced, the coffee pot is terrible, looks really old and does not stay warm very long. We realize these properties are rentals, but for what you pay for the stay you expect the unit to be really nice.

Terrible Keyless Entry

The property was nice. The major problem was the keyless entry and code that was not sufficient. After several attempts and back and forth from the garage and trying to keep my sanity, the code given my group was not correct. Unfortunately, we heard many people who had the same complaints. We attempted to call, Steve, the owner, and his resolve for us was that put all the information in the packet and if I follow through, there should not be a problem opening the door. Well, there were many problems with that. Finally, after about an hour or so, we called Steve again. At this point, I was extremely embarrassed in front of my family. This was supposed to be a treat from me especially to my father because I lost my mom January this year, and my father is still grieving. Although my father was ok with the inconveniences, I was not. Finally, after calling Steve once again, he realized that the code had to be reset. SMH - During our stay, someone always had to stay in the room because we did not want to leave the property unlocked. Regardless of the mishaps, we made the best of the situation. I was very upset, but I will be ok. However, I will never stay in Steve's properties again. When we were leaving, a lady in the office for another rental agency told us that Steve's properties always have many complaints. Rent at your own risk!!!!!!! By the way, I am still waiting on the $50.00 refund.

Family Vacation
