We very much enjoyed our stay here! Very close to the beach and many restaurants! Beds were very comfortable and the patio was lovely at the end of each day. The house could have used some more kitchen cookware. It was not stocked for group dinners. We found lots of sharp objects including glass around the beach house, so we had to do a full scan around the outside of the home, as we had small children. Other than that, it was an amazing week with a responsive host!

Perfect location for boaters!

Beautiful home on the water that was so perfect for bringing our boat down for the week. The owners were so easy to work with, very kind and accommodating. Loved the decor of the home, it was clean (BIG stickler on this) and would absolutely book again!

Great location

The location was my favorite thing about this property. The duck was fun to fish off of and take the boat out and the beach was so close and not crowded at all. The house was nice and just as pictured. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it was perfect for our group (7 adults 3 kids)!

Check in was easy. Lauren communicated quickly and handled everything we needed.House was perfect for us and the location was incredible. Walks to the beach were short and easy. Basically had water front and back with the inlet there. It was our first trip to Destin and we had a great time.

Great property, Great owner

House is very nice. The outdoors is really special. Great yard for kids and dogs to play. Plenty of parking. Boat dock is very nice. Kids had fun catching fish from the dock.

Great location!

Best of both worlds - easy walk to the beach across the street or jump on the boat! The host provided trailer parking offsite and was a huge perk. House was very clean and the outdoor space was great. There is a fire pit in the backyard that we really enjoyed using on the cool October nights. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect spot between beach and canal for boat. The house itself was well equipped and nicely furnished. The downstairs gave a real secluded area for the early sleeper. We had a great time and the house and the amenities were perfect for our needs.

Great location

We celebrated our dad’s 80th birthday and an early Christmas. The number of rooms was perfect for our group. Lauren was great! The beach is beautiful and only a short walk across the street. Had everything at the house to make our seafood Christmas dinner. Would definitely rent again!!

Amazing vacation property

This vacation property made our vacation a perfect experience. The property is on the water for boating access with just a few miles from the restaurants. The home is very clean with no issues and the A/C was very cold. Neighbors were very nice and the landowners were very helpful including giving me a spot to park my boat trailer free of charge.

Great Amenities

This property was perfect for our entire family. We are half fisherman and half beach bums and this property fit both of those needs perfectly. The boat slip on the property was so convenient and beach access right across the street couldn’t be any better. The house was big enough and had plenty of bedrooms for our entire family. The wrap around porch was extremely nice and perfect for watching fireworks. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall this was an excellent stay for me and my family.

Family Christmas Getaway

This place was perfect for our Christmas family gathering. It had a nice yard in the back for our fur babies to play in, a dock where we did some fishing, a fire pit which we used to roast marshmallows, and plenty of room in the house for all of us to enjoy. The beach was conveniently just across the street. Lauren was a great host, and very accomodating. We will need to do this again!

Roomy house with great location

This home is perfectly situated in Destin with a dock in the back yard and a beach across the street. Restaurants, shopping and activities are nearby. Even though we had the worst weather during our stay, the house was spacious enough for everyone during the rainy times. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we didn't get to enjoy the huge decks and dock as much as we would have liked to!

Owner very accommodating

House was awesome, everyone had their own space and house description was spot on. The neighborhood watch people drive by and keep eyes on every property many times daily....but don't wave.

Great House. Great Location.

My wife and I came down from New York to work remotely at this house for a couple weeks. Location is close to a lot of nice restaurants, grocery stores, and pretty much anything you’ll need. Our dog really enjoyed the fenced-in backyard, and there’s actually a bunch of dog-friendly restaurants in the vicinity if that’s of interest. We actually stayed in several nights; there’s a Whole Foods less than 10 mins away, and the kitchen has pretty much every thing you’d need. We’ll definitely be back and recommend this house to anyone looking for a great rental in Destin.

Great Location!

As other reviews have said, this property is in an awesome location. You're only minutes away from great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. It was very convenient being so close to Target and Winn-Dixie. Beach access is also directly across the street so it's a quick, easy walk. We used the water taxi to get to Margaritaville one night, and I would recommend trying that at least once. The boat picks you up at your dock, so that was a cool experience. Having a fenced in backyard was also nice, and our dog loved it. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again!
