Welcome to your dream vacation rental, located right on the stunning Emerald Coast of Florida! Whether you're a beach bum or a poolside lounger, our condo has got you covered. With two glorious pools to choose from, you can splash around with the family, sip on a pina colada in the sun, or just take a dip to cool off..
Our three-bedroom condo is a feast for the eyes, with professionally chosen furniture, accessories, and paint colors that will make you feel like you're living in the pages of a home décor magazine. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a feast or simply enjoy a quick snack. The upgraded appliances will make you feel like you're cooking in your own home (except with a much better view!).
Our condo can comfortably sleep 10 people, so bring your family, your friends, your friends' family, or just about anyone you want to share this beautiful space with. The master bedroom is a dream come true, with a king-sized bed and en suite featuring a walk-in shower and separate tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with en suite featuring a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features two queen beds and a jack and jill bathroom that also adjoins the hallway. Oh, and did we mention the queen sleeper sofa in the living room? So much space for everyone to enjoy!
We know you'll be busy soaking up the sun and enjoying the beautiful Gulf views from your private balcony, but don't forget to take advantage of our other amenities. We offer free wifi, free cable TV, free parking, a fitness room, a hot tub, and a grill and picnic area. And from March to October, we even offer complimentary beach service to make your stay even more enjoyable.
One of the best things about our vacation rental is that we offer no-contact express check-in and on-site hosting. Great family get away spot

Reviewer Comments: Was a little disappointed that the condo description online stated the two other bedrooms had Queen sized beds, but they were only double/full size. One of these had a mattress that was very worn out and had a very noticible 'slump' in the middle. Also, the door casing around the entry door was almost torn off. It looked like it was attempted to be repaired, but it certainly needs some attention since it is basically just hanging on.

A Perfect Family Vacation

Plenty of space, a bathroom for each bedroom, amazing location (right on the beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants). The unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed! We reached out to the management company before and during the trip with a couple of questions and the responses were amazingly fast, very professional, friendly and helpful! We would 100% stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Summer Place Unit 202 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida the week of June 22-29, 2024. We would not recommend this unit at all. This unit could be great, however, the owners have neglected the unit. The unit has raggedy carpet in the bedrooms (old and dingy), the bathrooms need new fixtures and counter tops, the bedrooms need new furniture and updating. We slept in the room with two double beds-totally uncomfortable (both beds) and the beds squeak (both guest rooms) and the dresser draws are missing knobs and do not stay on tracks (thank goodness our grand kids didn't stay in this room or they could have been injured with the unstable dresser furniture); very cheap and flimsy furniture. The bathroom toilets in the bathrooms run constantly. The TV reception in our bedroom(one with double beds)was snowy and un-watchable.The couch in the living room is torn. There were no oven mitts and the cooking pots and pans are limited. The oven stove top knobs are worn and you can't determine the temp.The cleaning was not that good; sandy under the furniture and we found an empty plastic water bottle and a used water bottle in our closet. The balcony furniture looks nice in the pictures but it is worn and has uneven edges and tore our clothing; we had to put towels on this furniture so that we wouldn't tear our clothes. The balcony floor needs re-painting. And we were hot in the bedrooms although we set the nighttime temp to 68. We give this important feedback as we were owners of three beach condos on the Florida panhandle and we know that the unit must be at its BEST for the guests and this unit is very poor. We paid top dollar for the week but we did not stay in a unit worthy of what was charged to us. Come on Mr.and Mrs.Owner-step up your game put some money into your unit and make it great as it has so much potential. Let us know when you update it and take care of the problems and we will be back but if you keep it as is, then no way will we be back. Good luck!

Reviewer Comments: We love the condo #202, this is the 2nd year in a row that we have rented the same unit and plan to do so again in the Spring of 25'. Although this year we had our son, his wife and our grand daughter with us so we decided to give them the master suite and we took the room with the two double beds. Those beds were awful to sleep in and they need to be upgraded and in my opinion should be upgraded to queen size, there's plenty of room. I hate to complain because we do love the condo and will rent again. The view is beautiful and close to the pools. I would like to note that there is a door pin missing on the top hinge of the door between the bathroom and the double bed room. I noticed this the first year we were there and forgot to mention it then. My sister in law and her husband had the third bedroom and commented that the pillows were pretty flat, so we gave them two from our room. The last few days of our stay the hot tub was out of order and couldn't be used. Would've liked to have had that to loosen my back from the soreness created from the uncomfortable beds. I'm only stating all of this so maybe corrections will be made for future guests. If nobody says anything it can't change. Thank you for our stay though, we enjoy it so much.

Only one suggestion I have is maybe a bigger hot water heater for a three bathroom unit if we all took a shower at the same time we ran out of hot water other than that this unit is perfect!!

Baseboards dirty, doors dirty were quest have used door instead of knob to close them. There was no Bible in the unit. We always like for the places we stay to have a bible. The beach chair service ended the first day we where there, they should extend the beach chair service. The others next to us had service. All in all, we would go back to the place for another vacation. Beautiful views, and nice people. Thanks the Ginter and Day family
