Secluded Modern Beach Home

Our beautiful lake house is tucked quietly away from the main road and is only steps from the beach. We designed our 3,500 sqft house with our surroundings in mind. With a large open floor plan, floor to ceiling windows, and a view that's hard to beat, our house is perfect for families and couples looking to get away for a quiet and restful stay.

We have a large deck that overlooks the lake and spans the length of the house with accessibility to a ping pong table, hammock, and plenty of outdoor seating. On the North side of the house there is also a screened in porch with a dining table perfect for a morning cup of coffee, dinner, or a game of bananagrams! Just beyond the deck and our grassy backyard area is our private beachfront. For a trip down to the beach, we have beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella as well as two paddle boards and beach games for all of your lakeside needs.

There is plenty of room to spread out inside whether you need to get away from your kids or partner or have lots of people over who want to spread out! On the first floor: our sunroom is a family favorite spot for reading; our main living room is great for games, watching the sunrise, or just enjoying the view; our mudroom houses many of our games and towels as well as our washer and dryer; bathroom; and last (but certainly not least) the kitchen and dining room which are separated by an island that doubles as a kitchen workspace and breakfast table.

The cozy TV room (access to Roku and cable through Spectrum) is located on the second floor. On the third floor, there are 3 bedrooms (1 master with 1 bathroom) and two rooms that each have two twin beds which share a bathroom. All three rooms have East (lake) facing windows which means they get great light (but don't worry we also have blackout shades!). Both the master and one of the other bedrooms have desks for easy access to private workspace. There is an additional bedroom located in the basement with an en suite bathroom.
