In the large living room is an open kitchen with dining area and a living area with a 3 seat sofa, recliner, satellite TV and a fireplace.
The kitchen, which includes an flammiges 4 gas hob, a fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine (filter pads).
Next is located in the house 1 bedroom with double bed and washbasin, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and a newly renovated bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet.

Sie Lage des Hauses ist sehr toll.Leider war die Inneneinrichtung massiv in die Jahre gekommen, voller Dreck der Eingang. Geschirr dreckig. Veraltete Küchengeräte. Knarrende alte Betten. Von einem neu renovierten Bad war nichts zu sehen. Kaum Wasseratrahl aus dem Duschkopf, schimmelige Fugen , Heizkörper kalt usw. Schade - für sen Preis wirklich mehr erwartet.

Mooi en schoon huisje met een serre.We waren met de hond en met de omsloten tuin was dat ideaal.Je had genoeg privacy.In Koog heb je alles wat je nodig hebt restaurants en winkels.We gaan volgend jaar weer.

Urlaub im November 2024

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in De Koog verbracht. Das Wetter war traumhaft sodass wir viel mit Fahrrad unterwegs waren. Anmerkung die Fahrradwege sind sehr gut ausgebaut und man kann viele Touren unternehmen. Das Ferienhaus war super gemütlich und IT allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Vorallen auch sehr sauber und gepflegt.. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und für jeden etwas dabei ob man Shoppen gehen möchte der die Natur genießen möchte.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben sehr gut ausgestattet und so wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Haustiere sind willkommen. Kommunikation mit Platzwart und Vermieter war sehr gut. Schöner Kamin und Wintergarten.

Leider ist das Projekt sehr in die Jahre gekommen Dringend Sanierung des Badezimmers und Schlafräumen. Wintergarten sehr gut. Terrasse sehr verdreckt und mit Moos überzogen schade. Equipment sonst sehr gut alles vorhanden. Lage auch sehr gut. Hat trotz allem viel Spaß gemacht und wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Vielen Dank.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen…

Sehr dreckig, Matratzen sind durchgelegen, überall Mausefallen (Totfallen), die wir aufgrund des Hundes erst einmal entschärft haben. Heizung funktioniert sehr gut. Bis auf die fehlende Spülmaschine umfangreich ausgerüstet, allerdings ist das meiste sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

der Bungalow liegt geschützt in einer wunderbar angelegten Grünanlage mit Anbindung an De Koog, wo man sehr gut Essen und Einkaufen gehen kann, in der Nähe ist ein Reiterhof, zum Strand, der sich hinter sehr hügeligen Dünen versteckt, braucht man allerdings Fahrräder, mit denen man auf sehr gepflegten und zahlreichen Radwegen die Insel erkunden kann

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr gemütlich

Wir haben besonders den Wintergarten und den Aussenbereich genossen, alles ist von eine hohen Hecke umgeben, sodass eine Privatsphäre gewährleistet ist. Die gute Küchenausstattung hat uns überrascht. Auch der Weg in den Ort ist zu Fuß und mit dem Rad schnell erreichbar. Der Ort bietet ein besonderes Urlaubsgefühl mit seinen Geschäften und Restaurants… die Dünenwelt ist fantastisch.

Schöner Urlaub im November auf Texel

Das ist klein aber hat fein. Es war wunderschön die Zeit im Haus und den Stränden zu verbringen. Ein toller Urlaub.
