Short break with family

The facilities of the property were excellent, the pool was just a the bottom of the steps from the apartment. Shops, restaurants and pubs just a short walk away, weather was beautiful will be plans visiting again next year.

simply from beginning to end superb mike is a fantastic host , even leaving a welcome bottle of vino the neighbours are fantastic and friendly and we made friends overall we shall be staying again if permitted . in all honesty we think its perfect place and area around for evening meals are great and shops all in have a mile thankyou mike and all the permanent residents who made us so welcome xx

A modern and beautifully furnished apartment in a good location for the local facilities and bars/restaurants. A welcome bottle of wine on arrival was really appreciated. The apartment boasts a large sun terrace which was well used for most of the day.i would recommend a visit to this apartment if you are considering this area.

Wonderful rental apartment

South facing open plan 2 bed apartment with a roof terrace was a perfect choice for a 3 month Autumn stay - all furnishings and appliances were comfortable and good quality. Bright and airy apartment, with heating for cooler evenings. Lovely helpful neighbours, everything is easy walking distance - seafront / playa flamenca centre with lots of restaurants was only a 10 minute easy walk. Two or three large supermarkets easily reached without a car. La Zenia & Boulevard 25 min flat walk and Cabo Roig also walking distance for us along the seafront path - lovely to get lots of exercise in the warm autumn sunshine! We would highly recommend this rental and will return ourselves.

Definitely will return!

Great place, plenty of space, WiFi worked well which is great for when kids needed downtime. Air con is a godsend during the hot months. Roof terrace is lovely and great to relax with a cold beer in the evening too! Mike replies very quickly to any messages which is welcomed and Giorgio was also on hand to advise on the check in process. All in all, a great stay and highly recommended.

Nice apartment and good neighborhood

our small family (couple with a 10 year old daughter) had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment during our 3 week stay. The apartment is fairly well quipped, the balcony seats 4 persons very well and the rooftop is fantastic for sunbathing and BBQ. The pool and its surroundings are very nice (although being a bit overcrowded during our stay). The apartment meet our expectations perfectly.

Very nice apartment located by the pool area. Well equipped, nice and clean. We were 5 People sharing, 3 adults and 2 teenagers. 20 minutes walk to Zenia Boulevard. Too far away to walk to the beach, you need a car.

Ein gelungener Urlaub. Appartment sowie die ganze Anlage war sehr gepflegt und sauber , ruhige Lage aber trotzdem Zentral. Die Kinder hatten ein riesen Spass im Pool;) Ich kann es nur Empfehlen!!

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Wir würden immer wieder gerne dort Urlaub machen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Entfernung zum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Strand ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt's einige Restaurants.
