Côté Mer is charming and romantic condo, beach-house spirit, 1st line, ocean front.

"My husband and I spent 10 wonderful days at Côté Mer in Orient Village, St Martin. The property was very convenient to the wonderful restaurants in the village and the most beautiful beaches in St Martin. The apartment is newly renovated and very neat and tidy! Great outdoor patio and beautiful indoor decor! We are missing the beautiful weather and lovely accommodations! We can’t wait to return!"

You are looking for a place in Orient beach, close to the beach and the village square : from Côté Mer is 1st line on the beach and 2 mn walk to the restaurants on the Village square.

You also have a large pool in the property !

A small supermarket is nearby, as the bakery, where you could go on the morning to buy fresh croissants and baguette for a breakfast in your patio!

Full kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, king size bed... and a very luxury decoration in coastal spirit ... all you need for a perfect romantic, comfy stay.

And : beach towels & beach chairs provided, satellite TV with a lot of US channels, free Wifi, reserved parking spot.

We loved our stay here! Moune was very responsive with pre-trip questions and then anything that came up during our stay. Unlike some listings, the pictures truly reflect the property--what you see is what you get. We appreciated that lovely restaurants are just a short walk away, and a small grocery store is as well. We highly recommend.

Exceeded expectations!

My husband and I spent a week here and loved it. The unit itself is clean and nicely furnished, including extras to help enjoy the beach! It is a few minutes' walk to the beach and Orient Village which was such a great place to be. Moune was fantastic to deal with - very responsive to any of our questions. We would stay again.

Great location, accommodations and customer service!

We had to quickly find a place to stay for an additional week in St Marten. Within hours, the wonderful property manager confirmed a reservation and actually let us check in a few hours early due to the tropical storm. We loved the condo! The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and the back porch Was right across The street from the beach. You can’t beat the location! We would love to come back.! Heaven on earth! We had the most wonderful stay here! The condo was beautifully decorated, well-appointed, comfortable and in a great location. Kitchen had everything you need. The beach is steps away and stunning and the pools were wonderful and very uncrowded! One day we had it all to ourselves! Moune and Dominique are the best host! Communication was fantastic. We can't wait to go back!

Very nice property with great location.
