Charming family home close to shops and beaches

Come and enjoy a spacious house, tastefully renovated, to spend good times with your family.
The house is as pleasant in summer as it is in winter. You can enjoy the terrace and the beautiful walled garden to spend delicious days and evenings in the summer. When it's colder, you'll enjoy the living room and a beautiful fire around the chimney !
The house is located near the center of Paramé and its shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store, cheesemonger, wine merchant, pharmacy...). You can also enjoy the market which is held twice a week (Wednesday and Friday).
The beaches of St Malo are within easy reach. Allow 15-20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car to the nearest beach.
Beds are made and house towels are provided.

Es war fantastisch! Man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön von innen und von außen. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern dort und hatten gutes Wetter, sodass wir die meiste Zeit im Garten verbringen konnten, der perfekt ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich und privat ist. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr schön und 2 davon sogar mit eigenem Badezimmer, was für unsere Zwecke ideal war. Das ganze Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Ortskern mit allen wichtigen Geschäften ist fußläufig erreichbar und viele Städte in der Umgebung nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.Auch ein ruhiger Park zum Spazieren ist in der Nähe.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
