On one level: an entrance hall, a living room including a kitchen, a relaxation area and the dining room. To the east, a bedroom with a 140X190 bed and a 90X190 bed, a shower room and a separate toilet. To the west, a bedroom with a 140X190 bed and a 120X190 bed, a shower room. Parking on the property. There is an electric charging station 2 km away next to the town hall or 500 m from the house. A renovated family farmhouse with a large living room at the heart of the house and a large wooden terrace. The cottage is located along the D155 (Fougères - Mont-Saint-Michel). Ideal for nature walks to discover our rich heritage and seaside strolls. A short distance from Mont Saint-Michel (30 km), Saint-Malo (63 km), Fougères (15 km), Rennes (41 km), and Dinard (67 km). For family outings, the cottage is close to geocaching and Pokémon spots. At Rocher Portail Castle, 6 km away, you'll find the new School of Wizards. Comfortable, very well-equipped independent farmhouse 17 km from Fougères
