Wonderful stay. Very comfortable beds, clean & welcoming. Great location, walkable historic district, good restaurants. It was just what we needed for our Christmas gathering of family. Excellent communication with owner.
This is a charming older home so expect some quirks. Nice size rooms with large windows. Close to downtown we walked there a couple of times. Neighborhood is pretty. It is a older home with hard floors so expect creeking floors while walking. The only dilemma we had is there is only a AC unit in the 1 bedroom. Which was a bit of sticky point with my girls. However it was going down to the mid 60s at night so it wasnt a problem.
Only things is this very quiet street is a sudden high traffic area in the morning so yes the many loud cars and truck woke us in the morning. Other then those little points we loved our stay. Also enjoyed the town square and some of the restaurants. Empire, The wine lounge, Maggie's on the water and Cams pizza. There are a bunch of little shops to visit. Plus take cruise to sackets harbor and Clayton all within a half hour drive.

Thanks for the constructive feedback. We're new to VRBO hosting and always looking for ways to improve and make for more enoyable stays. We can easily address the AC concerns, not sure we can do anything about morning traffic. The home is in a beautiful tree-lined neighborhood, but its proximity to downtown and to the hospital has its trade-offs. Glad you have a good visit on balance and thank for being a patron of some of the great local eateries (Empire is a family favorite)!
