Convenient to shops, restaurants, beaches and the bike path, the home features 9 bedrooms, 6 baths, 2 kitchens, and a huge dining room with 2 dining room table sets. This vacation rental is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a Cape Cod getaway including linens, towels, beach chairs, beach towels, central a/c, cable TV, washer, dryer, outdoor furniture, two bicycles, and a BBQ grill. There is even a bocce ball court! Comfortably sleeps 18. An additional cot is available. Dogs welcome with prior approval and pet deposit.

This home is the perfect place for your family reunions, wedding guests, retreats, and other large groups. The Copper Beech House is where memories are made. This is the one!

Family Thanksgiving in Falmouth -14 people fit comfortably.

Location and size were ideal. Interior could use some updating and lighting, as the house gets very dark around 4:00pm in the winter.

Lovely historic home within walking distance to town

Wonderful stay for our family reunion. This historic home has lots of interesting nooks and crannies. Large dining room with two tables so we could all eat together. 6 bathrooms so no wait. Large backyard and short walk into town. Wonderful stay.

Perfect Cape Getaway for a Large Group

The property is enormous with plenty of amenities and is very close to downtown Falmouth and a beautiful bike trail. I stayed here with a bunch of friends and has an incredible time. Would love to stay here again.

Copper Beach vacation

We all loved the house at first sight. It was fun trying to find our way around, picking out bedrooms for everyone. There was plenty of room and it was well equipped with anything you might need. A couple of downsides for me were thay it is on a very busy street, so it was a little noisy and difficult to make a left turn out of the driveway. Also I would have loved to open some windows for fresh air, but i understand the need to keep the house climate controlled. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back here.

Family Reunion
