About this property

"At your Pace" is a charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom year-round cottage with a hot tub, fire pit, hammock and ocean views. It is centrally located to all of Kitty Hawks shops, restaurants and attractions, yet within view of the ocean waters. Spend time at the beach and be back at your place within 5 minutes to cool down, warm up or just relax. Take a lazy day reading your favorite books, sip wine next to the propane fire pit, or binge-watch your favorite shows all within the comfort of your year-round beach home. In the evenings, enjoy the local restaurants, bbq in your backyard, go for a bike ride, and catch crabs by moonlight as you stroll with your loved ones to the cool ocean breezes.

This classic 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ocean-front home can comfortably sleep 7 guests and is fully stocked ready for you to call home. Linens, towels, cooking utensils, spices, board games, books, cable TV, Wifi and a propane BBQ are all provided. Just bring your toothbrush, bathing suit, guests (including your 4 legged family members) and your imagination. Washer and dryer located on-site.

"At Your Pace" is full of beach character and has a laid-back beach vibe where the people around you are on "island time". This is not for guests looking for a perfect new building. Our guests like to have a little sand on their feet and enjoy the companionship of their 4 legged friends all while having a smile on their face. We cater the experience for families, but it is also perfect for couples, girl's get-aways, and lone solitude.

We are a friendly family-owned location that values the quality of your stay over profit. We are not a cold management company that is difficult to reach. We try to respond as quickly as possible to any questions and concerns. We are honest with our representation and will back your experience should you feel we misrepresented your stay in any way. Perfect spot

John’s place was perfectly located for our family. It was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and ice cream. From there it was a short drive to local Piers and activities. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend!

Great Stay in Kitty Hawk

My family and I spent the 4th of July week at this residence and loved it. Great access to the beach and restaurants around the area. The beach house was also right off the main highway to the island so great location. House was clean and great host who answered all the questions we had.

Relaxing Home base, great location

This property is close to the beach with all the amenities your group is looking for. The interior is very cute with lots of light and updated decor. It had lots of extras we appreciated like a well stocked kitchen and famly games. Highly recomend, we will definately stay here again next time we are in the area. Smooth communication. Great all around experience.

Enjoyed our stay!

The house was just as described and literally had everything you would need, to include a fully stocked kitchen right down to cleaning items & paper products (they even provided more toiletries than a hotel!) The location is great-quick access to the beach and you can hear the ocean while sitting out on the deck. It was our first time being able to bring our dog to the beach and this house was perfect for it…right down to the little backyard for her to play ball, or lay out and chew her bone while we lounged in the hot tub. The owner was so responsive and very pleasant to work with. We will definitely be trying to rent this cute house again in the future. Thank you for a great stay!
