For your business trips, weekends, or holidays, this detached house, 7km from Saint-Gaudens, is the ideal place to escape to the countryside... Patiently and enthusiastically renovated by Nadine and furnished by her son Nicolas and the whole family, it's a true haven of comfort! Nearby: Montréjeau (14km), Boulogne-sur-Gesse (21km). Essential shops are available in Saint-Ignan, 1.5km away (baker every morning except Wednesday, fishmonger/hairdresser on Thursday mornings, butcher/deli/greengrocer on Saturday mornings). - Ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen, dining room (wood-burning stove), living room (fireplace), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm), laundry and boiler room, shower room, separate WC. Upstairs: 2 adjoining bedrooms (a children's bedroom with a single bed, 80cm wide, and a master bedroom with a double bed, 160cm wide), 1 small bedroom (a double bed, 140cm wide), and 1 master bedroom (a double bed, 160cm wide), bathroom/WC. Oil-fired central heating. Table tennis available.
