This stunning and completely renovated townhome is located in a prime location, next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 15 minutes away from all major theme parks (Universal Studios, Walt Disney World and SeaWorld).


Decorated in a modern style, this townhome offers luxury and warmth for the perfect relaxing getaway you've been looking for!


The luxurious master suite offers a king size bed and a spacious private bathroom that has his and her sinks built in.


On the first floor the second large bedroom offers a queen size bed and a twin size bed, also comes equipped with its very own private bathroom.


On the top floor you will find the third bedroom with two full beds and a private bathroom.


All the bedrooms include TV's.


In the living room there is an oversized TV, perfect for that family movie night.


The kitchen comes completely equipped with all the essentials you need to create the perfect meal for your loved ones. A half bath is located on the main level for your convenience

Great location

Wonderful stay her for volleyball tournament. Easy walk to Publix. Loved Momas cafe close by. Couple walk to convention center but also used Uber depending on weather. Beautiful place to stay. Thank you!

AAU volleyball event

This was a perfect place to stay while our daughters played volleyball. Very nice pool, house and easy walk to the Convention Center.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was good but the bed sheets were full of hair. Luckily I had brought my own bc it has been my experience with Vrbos that cleanliness is not usually good.

Convenient location but unit not as clean as expected

Convenient location to Universal and Sea World parks (10 min) and about 20 min from Walt Disney World parks. Great having a roomy townhome to come back to at the end of a long day at the parks; spacious for 4 adults. While bathroom and kitchen counters, sinks and showers were clean, the carpeted steps obviously had not been vacuumed and the bathroom and kitchen floors were not clean either. Ceiling fans did not work unless the ceiling light was on too, the bedroom TVs were not smart TVs and provided limited access, and 2 out of 4 toilets had maintenance issues.
