You will find peace and quiet in this farm, both close to Toulouse (30km) and away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. You will have plenty to do in Muret 10km away: Aqualudia water park, ViaGarona hiking trail, Bonnets swimming lake and Horizon Pyrénées event hall. The African Safari Zoo is 12km away. Fishing lakes 10 minutes away. And the Gers department with the Samatan fat market 30 minutes away. Ground floor: living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 90cm), bathroom, WC. On the mezzanine, accessible from the living room by spiral staircase: relaxation area/attic office. Geothermal underfloor heating. Games room shared by the 2 gîtes (ping-pong, table football). Outdoor space: common land, private covered terrace of 9m2. Car park. Adjoining another gîte, not overlooked. Owners' accommodation and year-round accommodation in separate buildings, nearby. Long-term rates: €294/week (from 4 consecutive weeks except the period from mid-June to mid-September and the end-of-year holidays.). Lodging in a former cellar, on the owners' farm. Pool and park in common
