Gîte de la Roche - Pechbonnieu
Surrounded by 10 hectares of land, it is also the ideal place of residence for a holiday in the Toulouse region. Nearby (10km): Vignobles et Découvertes territory of Fronton as well as the Calicéo fitness and well-being center. Access the gîte without the car, from Toulouse (journey of approximately 50 min): take metro line B - direction Borderouge (stop "Trois Cocus"), then bus line no. 61 - direction Montberon (stop "Roche ") Small cocooning cottage: - Exterior: private terrace and parking. - Ground floor: living room (140*190cm sofa bed) and kitchen area (3 induction hobs). Shower room/WC. - Floor: mezzanine (1 double bed 160*200cm). Electric heating. Non-smoking accommodation. The house is divided into 4: a year-round rental and the owners' private part, adjoining the gîte; 4 guest rooms complete this old farm. The swimming pool is to be shared with guests of the guest rooms and the owners. You have a private parking space in front of the gîte. Outdoor heated swimming pool 14km north-east of the historic center of Toulouse, ideal for your professional or family stays
