The Space:
All of our 1bd no pets units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure building entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

Other Things to Note:
Fine Print: We accept one pet maximum 30 lb weight limit in Pets Allowed units only. Second pet allowable under most circumstances if pet is mature and trained under 30lbs. No cats allowed please. We do not provide daily maid or linen service. Your room is cleaned before you check in and after you check out only. We do not provide shampoo, toothpaste, etc. We are focused on longer term stays of 5 days + but we do host for 2 day stays. Shorter term reservations can only be made within the same week of travel. Our internet speeds vary. We subscribe to Cox 1GB but there are many factors in the speed our guests will receive at any time. We provide no guarantees and do not reimburse for downtime. Please note we do have ADA accessible units and can provide them, just let us know in advance. We are 100% self check in, you will receive a code for your door 2 hours in advance of check in. Our location is 5858 W. Chandler Blvd, Chandler, AZ.

Smelly

The website is confusing, in some spots they said pets were free, other spots they charged. Got an email after we left that we still need to pay for the pet fee which we thought there wasn't any. The website kept changing the amount of people, i said 4 and it ended up being 3. The pull out couch had a dirty sheet on it and no top sheet nor pillows. I tried to get them to bring me some but they never did.

Overall pretty good

Great location for us. Bed was comfortable and the couch could use updating and also only had one stool at the kitchen counter but we made it work. The kitchen sink is very small as I like to hand wash the dishes.

OK for Extended Stay

We were comfortable here for a month stay. It seemed unit was still in process of the updating process of complex, however management very prompt to address any needs. Kitchen amenities very minimalistic. No cleaning supplies provided for that length of stay. King bed was very comfortable. TV reception fairly substandard. We would stay again however.
