The area where the villa is located is very quiet and residential. It's just a 15-minute walk to the beach, ideal for sunny days and refreshing swims. The villa is also close to the town center, where you'll find lively shops, restaurants and cafés, including the Plage Dorée restaurant or Le Yakka.
