Spacious apartment in Tempelhof

This appartement is a good appartement for 8 persons although 11 is possible. Good beds, good shower, spacious appartement. The subway is nearby. The only negative point is 1 bedroom, next to the neighbours. You hear them talking if you are sitting next to them. So if possible, don’t use it. The other bedrooms are quiet ones.

Tempelhof apartment

The apartment interior was very, very nice. Exceptionally clean and neat. The man I dealt with for contract signature and handover of the keys was friendly and pleasant. The entrance to the building and the interior stairs and hallway are rather dark and uninviting. But that all changes upon entering the apartment. Numerous large windows make it light and bright. We enjoyed our time there and would rent the apartment again.

Zuipkeet

Tja, na een nacht in een luxe hotel is dit wel even wat anders. Er hing een rookgeur, die bij aankomst werd verdoezeld door schoonmaakgeur. Sigarettenas lag nog op de vensterbank, aan de buitenzijde. Er lag nog een flesje sterke drank onder het bed. De incheckmeneer was erg vriendelijk, net als de manager aan de telefoon. Maar dat is dus niet de eigenaar. Die communiceert niet. Het was schoon, dat wel. Maar luxe ingericht is een bizarre claim. De meubels zijn gammel, het bed kraakt als een hondenspeeltje, de douchekop kan niet omhoog, een stopcontact is afgebroken, de snijplank is krom, het deksel van de koffiepot is kapot en een van de ramen zit met ducttape vast. Dan heb ik het nog niet over de omgeving: gokzaak eronder, dronkelappen op de hoek, pislucht in de portiek. Het enige luxe: een enorme tv. Prima als je er met je brakke kop wil crashen, maar verder: niet doen.

Jammer dat u niet 100% tevreden was. We hebben er echt alles aan gedaan om aan uw wensen te voldoen. We hebben u eerder dan gevraagd in het appartement laten intrekken. De schoonmaakploeg, de incheckmanager en onze telefoondienst hebben dit voor u geregeld en er alles aan gedaan om ervoor te zorgen dat u vroeg kon inchecken. We hebben er tijdens uw verblijf ook alles aan gedaan om uw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Maar helaas was het nooit genoeg voor u... Wat jammer. Dit is de eerste keer dat ik van u hoor over een kapot stopcontact, krakende bedden, afgeplakte ramen en kapotte douchekoppen. Als u ons dit tijdens uw verblijf had verteld, was er wel iemand langsgekomen. As op de vensterbank, de geur van sigaretten, dronken mensen op straat, gokhallen (die ik overigens nog nooit heb gezien) of de geur van urine horen helaas bij een grote stad als Berlijn en kunnen wij niet beïnvloeden.

Empfehlenswert!

Lage des Objektes war alles wie beschrieben. In der Ferienwohnung selbst war es sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. Eher die Sauberkeit in der Außenanlage ist noch steigerungsfähig. War alles super, würden es weiter empfehlen.

idéal pour un petit séjour entre amis de découverte de Berlin

Le séjour dans l'appartement Iris 5 était très agréable. Le quartier n'est pas touristique mai a toutes les commodités dont le métro et le S-Bahn à moins de 5 minutes à pieds, supermarchés et petits restaurants aussi, et la proximité de Tempelhof en fait un lieu de découverte authentique de Berlin pour les amoureux d'histoire comme pour les curieux du Berlin actuel. L'appartement est assez spacieux, propre et bien agencé mais un peu chaud. Profitez bien !

Das Problem haben wir aber leider in ganz Berlin, dass das Niveau steil bergab geht.......der Eine mag es, der Andere nicht. Wir versuchen auch, dem entgegen zu wirken... ; ) aber die Bewohner der Stadt, können wir nicht austauschen.

Bon emplacement mais pas mal de choses à revoir

Appartement très bien agencé, grand, moderne et propre. Très bien situé d'un point de vue déplacements et commodités, mais de ce fait le quartier est un peu bruyant. Pas très gênant pour autant. Bonne literie, beaucoup de rangements. Points négatifs : pas de lave linge, le lave vaisselle fonctionne mal, certaines fenêtres ferment mal, voire pas du tout. Voisins du dessus bruyants. La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée en ustensiles. Accès au bâtiment sale. Gros problème : la chambre principale donne directement sur le salon de l'appartement d'à côté avec une simple porte de séparation. Bruits et odeurs de cuisine bien que les gens aient fait attention. Il faut absolument isoler cette séparation. Ceux qui ont dormi dans d'autres chambres ont très bien dormi et nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour.

In der Beschreibung steht alles genau beschrieben inkl. Fotos, daher verwundert es uns, dass sie sich anschließend über das beschriebene Wundern. Die Tür zur Nachbarwohnung ist eine Brandschutztür die Feuer und Rauch 60 Minuten abhält, da können sie beim besten Willen nichts riechen.

Großzügig und sehr gute Anbindung

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, mit 4 Schlafzimmern. Perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Die U-Bahn direkt um die Ecke und zum Tempelhofer Feld auch nur 5min.

Prima ruime woning, voorzien van alle gemakken! Vier slaapkamers, twee badkamers, zeer korte afstand van de metro, supermarkt en bakker. Ruime keuken met alles er op en eraan. Een aanrader!

Gute Lage und sauberes Appartement

Das Appartement besticht durch seine Lage, um die Ecke ist gleich die Ubahnstation. Der erste Eindruck des Appartements ist sehr sauber. Der Hausflur und der gesamte Eingangsbereich sind schmutzig. Eins von zwei Bädern ist am Ende eines Zimmers, andere Mitbewohner müssen durch das Zimmer laufen. Eine Verbindungstür führt zu einer weiteren Wohnung, was sehr hellhörig war. Wir waren mit 9 Personen dort. An den Esstisch passen nur 6 Personen. Für weitere 3 Personen standen Klappstühle zur Verfügung, den Tisch konnte man nicht ausziehen . Für WLAN musste gezahlt werden, der Empfang war nur im Küchenbereich gut. "Luxuriös" ist kein geschützter Begriff, so kann man das Appartement nicht bezeichnen, deshalb nur 3 Sterne!

Wochenaufenthalt, Berlin Tempelhof

Sehr angenehme Übergabe der Wohnung. Alles kurz und klar erklärt...! die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und bot ausreichend Platz für 7 Personen (wie im Inserat beschrieben). Das Treppenhaus ist eine andere Geschichte (Urin, wurde aber nach einem Tag gleich wieder geputzt), liegt aber daran, dass noch andere Parteien im Haus wohnen und die Eingangstüre nicht immer abgeschlossen ist. Die Abnahme der Wohnung verlief auch reibungslos. Wenn man nicht heikel ist, was das Treppenhaus anbelangt, können wir diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Perfekt für junge Leute!

Zentrale Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung - alles neu und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig und das Treppenhaus alles andere als einladend. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und ich würde die Fewo weiterempfehlen.

Super Lage/Good location/Goede locatie

Für besuch an die Messe und Besuch am Zentrum Ideale Lage. Direct mit S-bahn nach Messe Nord ICC und nach/vom Zentrum mit die U-bahn U6. Schön Appartement! Great location to get to the Fair with the S-Bahn (Railwaystation Tempelhof 100 m) and to/from the city center with the U-Bahn U6 (Tempelhof 50 m). Appartment with a lot of space and everything really good taken care of. Voor bezoek aan de beurs en van/naar het centrum ideale locatie. Zowel de S-bahn als de U-Bahn zijn om de hoek. Verder mooi ruim appartement, perfect onderhouden.
