An ocean front development just steps from the tennis and pickle ball courts and a 4-minute walk through the resort to the beach. No streets to cross! The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and full private bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and flat screen TV. Second full bath, living room with pullout couch, flat screen TV, dining area and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker (regular brew & Keurig combo) and all new stainless-steel appliances. Air conditioning, cable/satellite, and complimentary starter toiletries. Outside, there is a balcony with four chairs and a table that is perfect for that morning cup of coffee. We have beach chairs, beach buggy, skim and boogie boards. The condo is located on the 2nd floor. It should be noted that there is not an elevator in any of the Tennis Villa buildings and there are coin-operated washers and dryers in the building at the tennis pro shop. ***Protect your investment.
