Includes two en-suite master bedrooms, in addition to a third bedroom/office combo, and a dedicated home office. Perfect for those who need a quiet space to work while in town.

The three-seasons sunroom is a fan favorite with comfortable seating to enjoy being outside without pesky bugs.

The fully renovated basement offers another great spot to hang out to play games (large selection of board & card games, puzzles), or watch a movie. One of the master bedrooms is located on this floor as well, with a full bathroom with heated floors.

Enjoy the fully-equipped gym, which includes a Peloton bike, elliptical machine, free weights, and yoga mat/blocks.

Fabulous stay in beautiful home with a perfect location

We headed to Ann Arbor for a family-packed weekend of graduation, commissioning into the Airforce, and wedding! David’s house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a perfect location! David was an excellent host who was easily reachable from start to finish. Flawless communication and seamless in and out. Would definitely rent again!

Fantastic Ann Arbor gem

This home, the amenities, cleanliness, location, and kindness of the owner was such a find and an absolute “must” for an Ann Arbor visit. It is decorated exquisitely, had the most beautiful and equipped kitchen, Florida room was gorgeous, neighborhood quiet and relaxed with a park across the street, lovely welcome note and wine from the owners, so close to The Big House where we attended commencement exercises, and just a fantastic stay. Only criticism was we could not access Wi-Fi at the house unless you had an xfinity account - could have been our lack of knowledge. We also fell in love with all of the beautiful plants all over the house and the softest fluffiest towels ever! We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Ann Arbor - wish we had found it while our daughter was an undergraduate.
