The 2 villas are described as follows:

A single-storey part consisting of an air-conditioned living room of 60 m² with a large flat screen Smart TV (TNT, foreign channels), wifi, a 140 cm sofa bed, a dining room with equipped American kitchen.
Also on the ground floor, a large air-conditioned Master Suite with a 180 cm bed (2x 90cm adjoined), a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and a separate courtesy toilet.

On the ground floor, accessible from an internal staircase in the living room, 4 bedrooms which are composed as follows:
Two large air-conditioned master suites with 180 cm bed (2 x 90cm adjoined) and bathrooms with shower, washbasin, toilet.
One of the suites is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV (TNT foreign channels)

Two air-conditioned bedrooms with 180 cm (2 x 90cm) bed
A separate bathroom, with bath, washbasin and toilet.

Outside, you will find a large swimming pool (9.50 m x 3.00 m and 1.60 m deep) sunny, a pleasant summer lounge and 6 deckchairs, a 13 m² bioclimatic covered terrace, including a large table for evening meals by the barbecue.

The pool is heated from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. The heat pump kicks in below 28 degrees but it all depends on the weather...
We gain about eight to ten degrees compared to the average outside temperature of the day.
