The 4 star (DTV) loft with 120 m² is located in the renovated attic of an apartment building in the center of Zellerberg near Bad Wörishofen. Munich, Lake Constance, the castles in Füssen and the Alps can be reached in less than an hour by car.

Zellerberg is surrounded by picturesque forests, hills and fields, and is ideal for cycling, walking and golfing.

Rieden-Zellerberg with a population of almost 1400 inhabitants offers everything for a relaxing holiday: quiet country life, a walk away two cozy restaurants with outdoor terraces, a bakery and many shops 3 km away.

Whether you want to be pampered in the spa Bad Wörishofen (10 minutes by car), enjoy a round of golf (10 minutes on foot), the children in the leisure and adventure park "Allgäu Skyline Park" (15 minutes by car), in Ravensburger Spieleland (1 1 / 4h) or in Legoland Günzburg (1h) to enjoy or explore the sights of the Bavarian region. Neuschwanstein Castle, Munich, the Fugger city of Augsburg or Lindau on Lake Constance, everything can be reached in about 1 hour by car or train.

The entire top floor is rented with approx. 120m² of living space and a large balcony for cozy evenings in the sunset. The light-filled kitchen with dining area and the cozy living room with large sofa invite you to linger. A SMART TV with internet access and a WII game console are ideal for pastime. Also, of course, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

The first bedroom has a double bed with 200x180cm mattress support and is directly accessible from the living area. The second bedroom also has a double bed of 200x160cm and is accessible from the corridor. Ideal is an occupancy of up to four people. For additional guests can still be created space by a 3. Bedroom (on request and for a fee!)which is outside the apartment but on the same floor or on the sofa in the living room.

In the garden is the pool with 7,30x3,60m and 1.20 m water depth.
