The finca (built in 2013) is located on an area of approx. 40,000 sqm, of which 20,000 sqm belong to the finca. Due to a slight slope, the terrace offers a unique landscape view and you live in peace and without direct neighbors. Nevertheless, the cozy town of Santanyi with its many shops and restaurants is only 1000 m away.
It is newly built in a rustic, Mallorcan style and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2x en suite), 1 spacious kitchen, 2 living rooms and several terraces at the house and pool (approx. 50 m2) and a large barbecue area (bricked) with sitting area.
