Come and relax while watching the waves, nature and sunsets in this modern house "Maison de la Baie" located in Pouldreuzic, and more precisely in Penhors, a town with a Surf Town and Blue Flag label: a must for lovers of board sports (surfing, bodyboarding, windsurfing, kitesurfing...).

On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with 180x2 m bed - access to terrace and sea view.
Upstairs:
2 bedrooms with 160 x 2 m queen-size beds - sea view.
1 bedroom with 2 90 x 2 m beds.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, flat-screen TV, wardrobe and safe.
Terrace facing the sea with table, awning and garden furniture.
Large garden with deckchairs and barbecue.
2 electrically gated parking spaces.
