It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 2,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 24 m² living room with a double sofa bed (140×190), TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

On the mezzanine:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A private 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A lovely 2,000 m² south-facing garden, which is not fenced off and is shared with the adjoining property

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Alban, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 4 vehicles).
