The 59 m² single-storey accommodation renovated in 2022. It has a living room opening onto a large open kitchen. It is equipped with a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet.
In this authentic environment steeped in history, you will truly feel in serenity in the secret south of France at the foot of the Ventoux.
Private parking is fully enclosed free of charge and shaded. A beautiful outdoor area gives access to a carefully landscaped Mediterranean garden where you will find a large garage available for bicycles and motorbikes.
Remote controls to operate the opening of the gate, and light fixtures will be provided on your arrival.
You will find for you:
-Two beautiful terraces with views; a large table, the barbecue (charcoal, utensils
provided) and two deckchairs for you to relax.
-All the bedding is new (mattresses, pillows, bed linen, towels).
-The bed will be made on your arrival and towels are provided.
-A beautiful kitchen with absolutely everything you need (Yvette's very sense of home!)

A pizza lorry is parked 1 minute walk away on Friday and Saturday evenings!
The Château du Barroux is a 5-minute walk away. The Paty lake is 5 minutes away by car.
You will be 30 minutes from Avignon, 10 minutes from Carpentras, 30 minutes from the summit of Mont Ventoux. Also nearby: the Dentelles de Montmirail, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Marseille and its creeks at 1h15, and starting point for many walks, by motorcycle or by bike, which we will be happy to advise you...
We live with our two children on the ground floor of this large house, calmly, without too much agitation, and especially with the sweetness of life of the south.

The swimming pool which is secure open now is shared in the morning, then private for tenants from 12 noon to 3 pm. Outside these hours, it is possible that we will cross paths!
