This is THE place to stay if you have dogs. The house is beautiful and still feels brand new. The yard is large and fenced. Located just off the main street, but with a neighborhood feel, everything seems pretty convenient to the home's location. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and messages from the owner really gave the vibe that they personally care about this property and their guests.

The house was perfect for our family! It gave us plenty of room to spread out and had a great space to have family dinners. The yard is fenced which our dog loved! Our kids were able to play ball with her and run around. Great place! We’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was super comfy, incredibly roomy, and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. A huge bonus for us was that they welcomed our fur baby, who weighs in at approximately 30 lbs. The fully fenced backyard was much appreciated and made it so nice to let her enjoy a little outdoor time without having to worry about her taking off on an adventure!For anyone traveling with a smaller pet, I would just keep an eye on them toward the very back of the yard, as there appears to be some spots where a determined little escape artist might be able to crawl under the vinyl fence. Definitely not something that would keep us from staying here again!The master bathroom was beautiful and spacious. My only suggestion would be adding a shower curtain or door to the walk-in shower—mostly because the heat seems to make a quick getaway! And if you really wanted to take the shower to the next level, an upgraded shower head, perhaps a nice oversized rain shower, would make it absolutely top-notch.Other than those very minor suggestions, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting charming little Panguitch! We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

Close enough to everything yet far enough to enjoy being away from the crowds. Clean, easy access and a great set up for an adult family. Would highly recommend this place for a trip to the National Parks.

Why they chose this property

This is the newest vacation rental in Panguitch and we strive to make it the best one as well. We are happy to offer Purple brand mattresses in every bedroom. A beautiful vessel tub in the private bathroom. A great kitchen with brand new appliances and lots of utensils and a full array of spices, sugar, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. We also have a small gift for everyone that books.

What makes this property unique

Lance grew up in Panguitch and we want to offer you all of the things that he was surrounded with growing up. We looked for a house to purchase in 2020 and just weren't happy with what we were finding. We found out there was an opportunity to build exactly what we wanted and decided to do that instead. This home was built with you and your family in mind.
