PRESENTATION
Just a few minutes from the village of BOULBON (accessible by a bike path along the Montagnette) 15 minutes from AVIGNON and its TGV station. 15 minutes from SAINT-REMY-DE-PROVENCE. 20 minutes from ARLES.
A very elegant Provençal farmhouse, with a living area of 550m² dating back to the 18th century (1750), ideally situated between Avignon and the Alpilles, in absolute tranquility, tucked away in a green setting, in the countryside. Facing south, the property opens onto a large esplanade shaded by acacias, olive trees, and fig trees. It is arranged as follows:

All ground floor rooms open onto the garden, offering plenty of light and smooth flow between the house and the garden.

Two beautiful stone staircases lead to two separate wings of the house:
The West Wing: two large suites (60 and 30 m²) with private bathrooms and toilets. One of them also has a beautiful stone fireplace, a sauna, and independent access.
The East Wing: Four double bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a toilet, and a separate toilet.
Top Floor of the East Wing: Two bedrooms equipped with single beds, including one very spacious, with a bathroom and toilet.
OUTDOORS A beautiful 1.3-hectare park planted with nearly 200 olive trees, containing all the iconic Mediterranean plants emblematic of the Provençal lifestyle.
A beautiful heated pool (5x12) surrounded by olive trees with a view of the Montagnette massif, secured by a removable barrier, with shaded areas.
A convivial game area to gather at the end of the day for aperitifs: with a pétanque field (12x4) and boules provided, trampoline, and dart game.

You can find everything you need (fresh fruits and vegetables, locally farmed meat, delicious breads, and even your usual newspaper) in the villages of Boulbon (4 km, with a bike path along the Montagnette) or Barbentane, less than a 5-minute drive away.
If you need to pick up friends, the TGV station is only 10 km away, and Marseille International Airport is 75 minutes by car.
Very close to historical monuments and only 1 hour from the Mediterranean Sea. A prime location for exploring Provence: 18 km from Saint Rémy de Provence, 15 km from Avignon, 45 minutes from Uzès, 1 hour from Aix-en-Provence, and 1 hour from Marseille.
ACTIVITIES AND LEISURE
Hiking, horseback riding, tennis, golf, aerial sports, hiking trails, and mountain bike circuits.
You can go hiking, take a horseback ride just behind the farmhouse, in the Montagnette hills, or simply discover Boulbon, a typical medieval Provençal village. Its impressive feudal castle, complete with a windmill, dominates the village. Walk through the fortified gate, and as you wander, discover the history behind its old stones. You’ll pass ancient houses with beautiful façades, some with Renaissance windows, see old doors with sculpted pediments, and encounter charming squares with flowered windows.
Some may want to sightsee in Avignon (a UNESCO World Heritage site, home to the Palais des Papes), 15 minutes away; visit the Roman monuments or see a bullfight in Arles or Nîmes, 30 minutes away; or enjoy the unspoiled beauty of the Camargue National Park with its bulls, horses, and remarkable birds, see a theater show (with subtitles), or listen to music at the international festivals in Avignon and Aix.
Others may simply relax by the pool, read a book from the extensive library in the house (with books in multiple languages), or go shopping at the local village markets, especially in Saint-Rémy, 15 minutes away. And why not meet the welcoming Provençal locals, sip pastis at a café, or dance at a traditional village festival?
