We loved the house and loved the safe fenced in yard for the dogs. It's beautiful and peaceful. The host was great, she was very nice and easy to communicate with. It was an easy drive to Dillon Beach (off leash beach). Our dogs loved it. Wrights Beach was also fun for them. If you don't have dogs, you can walk out the back gate to the dunes and beach. We would love to come back again.

This was the perfect house for our fur baby! The only thing we didnt like was that the slider in the bedroom didnt lock. The yard is even bigger in person, it was so nice to have all that room!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Jennifer was a great host and very quick to address even very little issues. We could not have asked for more.The place might be a little smaller than other places we have stayed, but it was very well set up with lots of little extras. The outside area was quite spacious and we very much enjoyed the fire pit.It was nice to be a bit outside Bodega Bay in a quiet spot with the ocean just a short walk away.

Charming almost whimsical beach house. Lots of recent remodeling done. Some remodeling still in the works. Very comfortable, quiet, with immediate walking access to dunes and beach. Exceptionally comfortable beds. We are planning our next visit.

We previously stayed at this property and had no problems. But this time the host failed to disclose two days of active utility construction at the house that left our power completely shut off for a day and our vehicle blocked in by heavy equipment. The house also has a severe, widespread mouse infestation, with droppings found in large numbers in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and inside our personal bags and dog kennels daily. There was a foul, dead animal and sewer smell possibly coming from under the kitchen sink area that made the main living space smell terrible. We’ve had problems with VRBO rentals in the past and are tired of wasting our hard-earned money and vacation time negotiating with hosts about major problems. We are done with VRBO.

Cute funky beach cottage that was well equipped. Appreciated that it was dog friendly, had a fenced yard and short walking distance to the beach. Lovely location. Would be even better during warmer weather when we could enjoy the cut outdoor space.

The home was very comfortable and the fenced yard was great! Inaccuracies: 1)The photo used of the ocean is no where to be seen.2) 'Beach is steps away', not if you have dogs, "no dogs allowed" beach. Kitchen is stocked, bring paper towels. The BBQ, bring briquets. The fire pit, bring firewood. You can not see Salmon Creek or the ocean from the home. It was very expensive since it didn't have an ocean view like the main home advertisement shows...it was misleading. The home did have most everything one needs for a stay, we enjoyed ourselves. In addition to the high rental costs, there is an additional pet fee. 2 dogs allowed. Check in 4, check out 11.

Unit is literally located next to the dunes - walkable to ocean and Salmon Creek Beach. Property was very clean with all amenities that one would need. Comfortable beds with nice bedding. Large fenced yard was greatly appreciated by our furry family member. Easy check-in with great instructions.

We had the most amazing stay at this little beach shack! From the peaceful trail leading right down to the beach to the beautiful yard, everything felt like the perfect setting for a family getaway. The home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to relax and truly enjoy our time together.Our family especially loved the game nights and the laid-back, welcoming vibe. It was the kind of place where you can slow down, unplug, and just be present with the people you love. We already miss it and can’t wait for the chance to come back again soon!

Loved the location! Walked to the beach for sunsets. I woke up early to watch the sun rise over the houses. Loved the back yard for my dog. We couldn't get a fire going, assuming the wood was too wet but it was great to have that option.

This sweet beach house was more than we hoped for. It had everything we could need, is decorated beautifully in a comfy coastal cabin style. It has a very large fenced outdoor area, perfect for our small dog, and walking distance to the beach is outstanding. It has a short drive to restaurants, grocery stores and sightseeing. We truly enjoyed ourselves, even when just hanging out at the house. Communication with the host was great. We hope to be back again and again!
