Terrific apartment, great location near stores and steps away from the Bastille Metro. Beautiful afternoon with a small terrace to enjoy it. Ray is a pleasure to deal with, responds immediately to questions and tries to accommodate however he can.

Stylish one bedroom suite in great location with an amazing view

The place is comfortable (with AC) and stylish (artistic and tasteful decoration), with all the modern features throughout the condo (great kitchen, windows shades, balcony, etc) -- and the view of Eiffel Tower and the Bastille are absolutely amazing. The host is very thoughtful and responsive. I'd stay at the place again for sure!

Relax and refresh in style in prime Paris apartment

Enjoy the amazing Eifffel Tower views having coffee on charming balcony while lounging in perfect size artistically appointed flat with comfortable bed and bathroom, well stocked kitchen, lovely living area one block from new opera house and walking distance to Place des Voges and Marais.

This was a great place to stay. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen has everything needed, including some spices and oil/vinegar, tea, coffee. There is a combination washer/dryer. It is in a great location. Wonderful view from balcony that includes the Eiffel tower and Notre Dame. Apartment is on the 5th floor. There is a lift, though there are still about 2 flights of stairs to navigate to get to the apartment. However, Ray met us in the lobby when we arrived and took our luggage up for us. He also came to the apartment when we left, to bring the luggage back down. He then helped us walk the 1.5 blocks to the taxi stand. He was responsive to our questions and provided suggestions for place to go (cafes, street market, grocery, etc). There were 2 public transit passes we could use to take the bus/train. Wifi worked well. Highly recommended this place.
