About this property

Wooden house with swimming pool and view of the Gers hills

Beautiful architect's house, made of wood, quiet, in nature (5 minutes by car from an authentic village). Easy to live in (on the ground floor), warm and comfortable, our house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. The saltwater swimming pool (10x5m, secure) will allow you to cool off after your excursions. The garden with trees (oaks, fruit trees...) is large (7,500m2). We provide games (ping pong table, swing, Molky..). Magnificent unobstructed view of the Gers hills. Very well insulated (natural materials), the house remains very cool in summer.
A small agricultural building below the land has been converted into an outdoor kitchen (plancha...), in a bohemian atmosphere (hammocks, outdoor shower, ping pong table).
