- End of stay cleaning fee €90.00 for routine cleaning (cleaning must be carried out regularly by the tenant during their stay).
- Water and electricity consumption during your stay will be charged (water and electricity metres will be read on arrival and departure, given the current context the price will be specified at the time of the inventory of fixtures).
