Casually Elegant Villa: Patio for Relaxing; Short Walk to Beach; on Golf Course

The perfect vacation home for golfers, beach enthusiasts, tennis players, cyclists, and bird watchers, our Fairway Lane Villa, which we call 'Sea Whisper,' is located in the 8th row, only a 5 minute walk to a spectacular beach stretching over six miles. BEACH ACCESS: Sea Whisper provides beach access without the need to hunt for parking or to take a trolley! New parking regulations preclude guests from parking at the Beach Club; rather, they must park in designated lots and take a trolley (no parking allowed on the streets). From Sea Whisper, guests can stroll past lovely homes on a dedicated beach path to the ocean without the need to drive.

Inside Sea Whisper, a wall of glass across the back affords views of wildlife and golfers (who hit away from the Villa) with only distant glimpses of other homes--a very private and tranquil setting. Our one story Villa features an open concept living room (with new furniture) and dining area, two master bedrooms (one with a new king bed and the other with a queen bed -- both have an en suite bathroom) and a Carolina room. The Carolina room with its three sides of glass provides a comfortable seating area for reading, watching golfers tee off on the 4th hole of the "Atlantic Dunes Course by Davis Love III" (formerly the "Ocean Course") and observing the herons that frequent the lagoon. Breakfast or evening snacks can be enjoyed on the dining table in this room.

Relaxing on the patio, guests can barbecue on the gas grill and dine outside on the outdoor table with its umbrella or enjoy a drink while sitting in the 3 rocking chairs. We expanded the patio for a more spacious area. For those who prefer cooking inside, the open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, new Bosch dishwasher and granite counters. The new adjacent dining table seats six persons comfortably.

Sea Whisper has beautiful tile and hardwood floors throughout (no wall-to-wall carpet). A 65 inch flat screen HD smart TV is located in the living room with additional flat screen TVs in each bedroom. Guests will enjoy cable and complimentary wi-fi internet access (for their laptops or iPads). Additionally, a large capacity washer and a large capacity dryer are located in the Villa.

The Fairway Lane private putting green, an on site tennis court for Fairway Lane owners and their guests, and Sea Pines bike and walking trails are just steps from the door. While the complex has no swimming pool, guests can purchase pool passes by the week or by the day at the South Beach pool (approximately 3 1/2 miles from Sea Whisper and within Sea Pines) 9pool is closed for 2025).

With an ideal location nearly adjacent to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve (a 600 acre protected wildlife area with four pristine stocked lakes, wildflower garden and hiking trails), our Villa is close to Harbour Town, the lovely Sea Pines Beach Club ( a nice walk along the beach or bike path), South Beach (home of the "Salty Dog" and the South Beach Racquet/Pickleball Club), miles of bike trails and Lawton Stables (featuring trail rides and a petting zoo) as well as to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast on the porch of the elegant Atlantic Dunes/Heron Point Golf Club, dinner in its "Fraser's Tavern" restaurant or a meal at the Harbour Town Club House is always a treat. Boasting 26 golf courses, Hilton Head is also a renowned tennis destination.

WHAT IS NEW: New Tommy Bahama king bed with matching nightstands, quiet Bosch dishwasher, dining table, chairs & buffet and 2 additional rocking chairs for the patio. We are continually adding decorating touches to Sea Whisper, because we want our guests to have a wonderful and comfortable experience while staying at our Villa and enjoying Hilton Head Island.
