Melt into the absolutely stunning view from this bright, spacious three bedroom villa in Fairway Lane. Perhaps no other view is quite as perfectly Sea Pines as this one. This well maintained villa has been in the same family for decades, and they are opening the doors to share their gem with others. You will enjoy the three large bedrooms, all with private en suite bathrooms, an unbelievably comfy sectional that will bring the whole family together, and plenty of extras to make the stay even more special. A quiet expanse of beautiful white sand beach is only about a ten minute walk from the property, utilizing beach access #45 across N. Sea Pines Drive. The neighborhood also offers guests free practice tennis courts on site. But, the amazing lagoon and golf view from the Carolina Room is really what sets this property apart. If the wildlife and exquisite live oaks are not enough, grab one of the extra clubs from the kitchen pantry and enjoy some putting on the practice green located on the other side of the bridge.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. Register for your pass at southbeachpool.com.

Two free bikes are included and will be waiting when you arrive. Use them on the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within Sea Pines--You don't really need your car much for this vacation. Sea Pines also has a free trolley, another fun way to explore all the beauty and nature of Hilton Head. Parking is right in front of the villa. Bring your pet and enjoy all the dog friendly businesses and parks. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

We also provide a free local gym membership and WIFI is, of course, complimentary and upgraded. Please note that one exterior camera is in back looking at the back yard/patio and one in front looking at the entrance/street.

Check in is a breeze as we mail your Sea Pines vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to wait in line and stop at security. Simply head straight to your villa, park in front, and head to the beach!

The large glass windows are great for wildlife watching - we saw lots of gators!The house is well equipped.The beds are really comfy.The bikes and beach equipment were a great addition.It didn't take long to cycle to the beach each day.We would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely great! Had the WOW factor upon entry. Bright, BIG, overlooked lake and golf practice green, short walk to awesome beach, bikes provided were a real treat. We were at the RBC Heritage. Everything worked too in the place. All beach gear provided.

We couldn’t ask for a better stay. The home was exceptionally clean, wonderfully spacious (that first floor cathedral ceiling was fantastic, especially on sunny days), and perfectly situated. The unit was located on the end of a row of condos/townhomes, so it felt somewhat isolated or more off the beaten path. We visited in November - I don’t know that we ever saw anyone else in the area. It’s almost as though we had the area to ourselves. The bedrooms were nicely-sized and decorated…and felt very cozy. The main living area was our favorite - a big open space with a nice view over the pond and to the golf course. Very relaxing. It was a beautiful 5-minute walk to the beach - we were blessed with sunny, 70-degree weather every day so it couldn’t have been any nicer. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property!!! Very easy to check in and out. The door codes worked perfectly. All the instructions were clear and sent to us ahead of time, including the pass needed for SeaPines. The kitchen was very clean and had the expected amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The property is a short walk away from the beach. We enjoyed using the bicycles as well as the wagon to carry the beach chairs. There was an adult boogie board that we enjoyed using. There were also beach towels, which was very thoughtful. We really appreciated the recommendations for restaurants and other activities. The owners were very thoughtful and had a bottle of wine waiting for us on our first day!! we had an excellent vacation and we would highly recommend this property.
