Outstanding apartment. Fantastic neighborhood. Sensational access to the Metro. Cute place. Great shower. All the comforts of home. A true home share in that Simon obviously lives there at least some of the time. He was very helpful. Judging by the books on the shelf, I only wish I got to sit down for a pastis with him.
Rented for a business trip, had a lovely stay! It was raining a lot and I had an issue with some water dripping from the ceiling. Simon was an excellent host and was very quick reacting to fix the problem! I absolutely recommend his space, super cute.
I loved this place - Stayed for 3 weeks. You are absolutely choosing the location. The area is very safe, you can come home late safely. Lots of bars and restaurants but it’s not noisy or filled too much. Supermarkets are close, great bar across the street. Because you’re choosing on location the compromise is space. Be realistic this is central Paris. I found it absolutely fine for just me and you could get 4 people staying there if you were close friends and just used it as a base. There is a small outside area in the summer (I went at Christmas time). The kitchen is ideal if you want to cook. Lots of equipment and whilst it’s small you don’t need any more space. The bed was comfortable and it was warm enough. The bathroom is clean and great shower. I’ve got nothing negative to stay - you have the best district in Paris. Super easy to get around with the Metro. It’s safe and clean. I’d definitely book again.
Super nice little apartment in a superb location. Excellent indications of how to get in and how to take care of it. The apartment is much smaller than what it looks like in the photos, with little counter space in the kitchen. But we managed fine even with a family of four.
Check in was smooth as long as you follow the instructions and understand how Parisian entry doors work. What a relief to have the subway entrance directly across the street from the apartment, in case you have alot of luggage or you're just exhausted from a day of excursions. The loft is small and simple, and is tucked away in a small courtyard that is shared with the businesses in the street and a few offices in the building. Be sure to lower the blinds during day hours if you need privacy, otherwise you will feel a bit exposed. Perfect for a single traveler or couple; would not recommend for a larger group, as the layout doesn't allow for much space to accommodate many people. For the bed, you will need to be comfortable climbing to the top of the loft every night and there is little headspace once you are up there. Otherwise it is simple and comfortable. The outdoor space is nice to have a cup of coffee. I took license to do a bit of gardening and add some plants from a local market. Right outside the building's door are plenty of shops and eateries. A laundromat is a 4 minute walk if you'd like to dry your clothes faster in a machine dryer. There is a stationary, a few copy shops, a carrefour and Picard grocery, as well as a full street of local food shops that also hosts the Saturday flea market. The area is always busy and with that I felt safe to come in or go out later in the evening.
Clean, comfortable, fast Internet, well equipped kitchen, great neighborhood - literally across the street from a Metro station. Great experience.(The rating system which I gave 5/5 says this is a winery?? It certainly isn't.)
