We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place! While the neighborhood felt a little sketchy at first, the home is tucked away in a quiet, private area that feels very safe and peaceful. The house itself is clean, modern, and seems very new. If we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay here again!

This small house was perfect in so many ways! Location was right in between downtown and the Navy base, 10-12 minutes each way. House is sparsely decorated, no need for more. The privacy of the location also was great, surrounded by fencing and trees, except for the driveway and another VRBO property in front. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but that's offset by the trees and relative large spaces between houses...a nearby church and 2 cemeteries adds to a subdued feel. 1/2 block away is a main thoroughfare, easy to get to, yet the noise is shielded by the trees. A Dollar General store is one block away, perfect for anything you need! Inside the house is set up wonderfully well, 2 TVs, a small couch which doubles as a pullout bed...everything is as listed. All told it was ideal. I'd stay here again and again if necessary. Met Charles, a delightful man, he checks on everything. A!

Very nice!

The house was very nice and clean! Perfect for a small family. Was a little nervous at first of the area but we didnt have any issues at all! Overall everything was nice and we would stay again!

Very Nice Cottage

Beautiful appliances, clean, modern, roomy. Mattress was comfortable but couch bed a bit stiff. Neighborhood a bit sketchy but otherwise quiet. I definitely would stay here again.

Very clean and Comfy home

We spent our Thanksgiving together in this lovely little house. All of the amenities were helpful and everything was spotless. The host and the cleaning crew were extremely helpful, patient, and welcoming. Charles was a gentleman and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to get away or a quick rest on a business trip. Thank you Charles!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! It was perfect for visiting my son at the base, but it was close to the beaches! Extremely clean, nice appliances, and zero issues with neighborhood. The layout in the living room is perfect for adding a blowup mattress. Even though the house is smaller, you never feel like you’re on top of anyone. The only downside to leaving my review is others finding this hidden gem and the associated lack of availability for my subsequent returns to Pensacola. lol Honestly, I couldn’t have been more pleased with our time here. Returning 10/9-10/15 and it can’t get here quick enough! Make sure you visit Opal Beach while you’re there.
