The property was exactly as described. Near the beaches, and downtown, very convenient location and very clean property. The host was also friendly, communicative, and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected and the host was able to accommodate an earlier check in that was extremely helpful for us. Definitely would stay here again if ever in the area and would absolutely recommend.

The place was cute and exactly as pictured! It was spotless and clean. The A/C works very well and we can’t complain about that! Parking is private and easy to come and go. Check and check out was easy and we had no questions. We wouldn’t mind coming back to stay at this property, but if we do, we would bring extra blankets and maybe a pillow or two if we were to have someone sleep on the couch bed as there weren’t any other than the bedding. Though we didn’t need it for this trip with two adults and a toddler. My only *minor* concern would be maybe some curtains on the windows for more privacy or thicker curtains on the front door as they are see through! There is no storage/dresser for luggage and clothes and shoes other than the bedroom closet that had cleaning supplies in it. A small dresser/night stand would be great for guests! We have no complaints about our stay and would recommend it to our friends for sure!

We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place! While the neighborhood felt a little sketchy at first, the home is tucked away in a quiet, private area that feels very safe and peaceful. The house itself is clean, modern, and seems very new. If we come back to the area, we’d definitely stay here again!

We were a little confused upon arrival because I didn't realize this place was located behind a white house in front of it but Charles the host got right back to me when I asked. Entrance to property is on the left side of house in front down the narrow gravel driveway with a large parking area to turn around. Quiet neighborhood with privacy fence, convenient downtown access and close to Pensacola, Perdido and Orange beaches. House is really cute and was just as the pictures show, bed slept good but couch is definitely uncomfortable, one bar stool needs screws tighten same as all of the faucets and handles, front room tv needs a remote other than a ROKU to turn off/on since there are no buttons on it otherwise you have to leave it alone for awhile and wait for it to turn off by itself which was kind of strange but that worked for us, nice new everything except toilet seat could use replacing :))) other than those few 2do's its a great little place and everything you need is there.

This small house was perfect in so many ways! Location was right in between downtown and the Navy base, 10-12 minutes each way. House is sparsely decorated, no need for more. The privacy of the location also was great, surrounded by fencing and trees, except for the driveway and another VRBO property in front. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but that's offset by the trees and relative large spaces between houses...a nearby church and 2 cemeteries adds to a subdued feel. 1/2 block away is a main thoroughfare, easy to get to, yet the noise is shielded by the trees. A Dollar General store is one block away, perfect for anything you need! Inside the house is set up wonderfully well, 2 TVs, a small couch which doubles as a pullout bed...everything is as listed. All told it was ideal. I'd stay here again and again if necessary. Met Charles, a delightful man, he checks on everything. A!

Very Nice Cottage

Beautiful appliances, clean, modern, roomy. Mattress was comfortable but couch bed a bit stiff. Neighborhood a bit sketchy but otherwise quiet. I definitely would stay here again.

Very clean and Comfy home

We spent our Thanksgiving together in this lovely little house. All of the amenities were helpful and everything was spotless. The host and the cleaning crew were extremely helpful, patient, and welcoming. Charles was a gentleman and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to get away or a quick rest on a business trip. Thank you Charles!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! It was perfect for visiting my son at the base, but it was close to the beaches! Extremely clean, nice appliances, and zero issues with neighborhood. The layout in the living room is perfect for adding a blowup mattress. Even though the house is smaller, you never feel like you’re on top of anyone. The only downside to leaving my review is others finding this hidden gem and the associated lack of availability for my subsequent returns to Pensacola. lol Honestly, I couldn’t have been more pleased with our time here. Returning 10/9-10/15 and it can’t get here quick enough! Make sure you visit Opal Beach while you’re there.
