A very nice, comfortable room that served my purposes well. If I had any complaints it would be that the WiFi didn't work so well but other than that I was quite satisfied.
Basic studio apartment w a nice bathroom and roomy shower.
Bed was a bit short in length (I’m 6’)
Had a water supply issue but it was taken care of within a few hours.
I truely enjoyed our stay in this tastefully renovated historic home. It was a very comfortable space that was super clean, close to great amenities and managed well. The entire booking and access process was simple and the management team were great communicators. This will be favorited as one of my go to spots here in Pensacola. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great little place to stay in the area.

It’s a little small but works for me. I’ll be a return renter.
This was perfect for me and my 10 year old. We needed a place to stay and nothing extravagant since we would not be using it during the day. It had the basic amenities, was clean and the AC worked good. The noise from the fish market did not bother us since we had a white noise machine. The area is one that is a mix of older homes, homes that have been renovated and there were some new ones being built. We never felt uncomfortable especially since the place has a fenced in courtyard that made it easy to park and get to the room. The location was pretty easy for us to navigate since it was close to downtown and an easy route to the beach. The restaurant suggestions from the host were excellent…you must eat at Maria’s Olde East Hill Grill. It was so good, probably the freshest fried shrimp PO boy I’ve ever eaten. You can’t miss it. It was literally in front of our room.I had a small issue of finding the place even though the directions were explicit on how to get there. That’s where the 10 year old came in lol.

That is amazing to hear! I cannot wait to host you again!
The B&B was cute. Perfect for 2 people coming and going. We had a blast and enjoyed ourselves. They was very inviting. Only downfall, which is not on the B&B people is, its very noisy, and was hard to sleep. There is a fish market in the parking lot and they have deliveries early morning. And they pick the trash up about 5am. Only thing I can recommend is ear plugs for when you sleep. The bathroom door doesnt latch and the towels could be more absorbent due to the humidity down there. Otherwise it was great! Thanks!

The rental was great. I feel bad that the bed broke. I hope it was fixed ok.
Cozy spot, just as described by host. Very clean and bright inside. Parking area was off-street and private. Centrally located in the city. Would absolutely recommend for single traveler or a couple coming to visit the city.
Host was very helpful…even though the issue was my fault!

This was a perfect little B&B for a girls trip with a friend and I! We just needed a place to crash after long days at the beach. Located just a short drive from the beaches and restaurants, it was just what we were looking for. Location felt very private, laundry was a plus. Important to note, the Kitchen does NOT have a kitchen lol, just an oversight on my side of things but we had to get creative with the meals we had planned. There was a mini fridge and a microwave. I had to circle the block to find the B&B the first time as the GPS had no clue where it was located. Cindy included detailed instructions in the check in email that helped us find it no problem. Would recommend!
