Large charming house, completely renovated and furnished in a village near the salt marshes of Mesquer. Very large living room of 80 m2; large living room with television, wifi, dining room, fitted kitchen with 5-burner stove and 3 ovens, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cupboards and large wardrobe, large old-fashioned fireplace.
Sleeps 10 to 12 people + 5 to 7 children: large bedroom 40 m2 with bed 180 and small child's bed, dormitory with a bed 140, two rolls beds 120, a roll bed of 90 and a small child's bed (on request), a bedroom with bed 140, a mezzanine with bed 120; a bathroom with double sink, shower and bath, WC, a bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet with extra bed140. Sofa bed 140 in front of the fireplace. Possibility of inflatable extra bed 140 (on request with supplement 50 €).
In the annex, living room with open kitchen (television, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, wall and base units).
Sleeps 5 people: two bedrooms with large beds of 160, one room with a bed of 90; bathroom with double sink, shower and bath, WC.
Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and freezer.
Large garden (10000 m2) with car parking. Tables, chairs and garden furniture, plancha. Linen provided (bed linen, towels and kitchen linen).

Christmas Parties: €2400 to €2700 for 4 or 5 nights
New Year's Eve Party: €2500 to €2800 for 4 or 5 nights; Contribution to cleaning costs: €250
