This multilevel villa offers a very warm and illuminated environment in a tipical Mexican design. The living room is very spacious and opens to the pool. There is an other living / game room upstairs, close to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has another room great for one or 2 kids *SHARE THE SAME BATHROOM.

The roof terrace offers a wide shady area and a BBQ grill with great ocean views. The gourmet kitchen will satisfy the most demanding cooks.

The house is close to the ocean and you only need to walk 40 meters to get to the most beautiful beach in a gated community.

Casa Cho Hom is very close to Casa Alborada and can easily be rented together for big groups.

Awesome property, great staff and host. Claudia was super helpful and responsive. Perfect location a minute walk to the powder sand beach. A Whatsapp text to security gets a taxi in 5 minutes for the short ride to town, or where ever. Absolutely recommend for a memorable family vacation!!

Would give it 6 stars if I could! Beautiful and spacious home for 5 of us (2 children, 2 grandparents, and yours truly). Fantastic location 50m from the beach. Lovely space with generous seating by the pool where we spent most of our time. Great staff taking care of the gardening and pool maintenance. Solid air conditioning in the bedrooms. If I'm nitpicking, the sheets could've been cleaner and more towels could've been provided, but given how truly wonderful everything else was, this is easy to overlook. Really phenomenal value too, would highly recommend to families!

Great home!

My family and I fully enjoyed this truly beautiful home in Playacar. It is clean, fully equipped, and so close to the beach. We made wonderful memories in the nearby Xcaret park attractions. Claudia was welcoming receptive, and very helpful. We'd love to come back. The mosquitoes were the only setback, so bug spray is a must. Other than that, we loved our stay at Casa Chohom. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home located in a secure place. Claudia was very helpful getting us transportation to and from the airport. It was additional cost but we knew it was a safe ride, which took us directly to the house. You are like a block away from the beach. They have chairs and an umbrella that you can take to the beach. You do have to walk quite a bit to get into the main part of town. It’s a beautiful walk tho. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

A great place with some setbacks *important info*

The GOOD: Amazing looking house / just stunning. Spacious inside and a decent location but it is a good mile away from town so shopping and hauling things back is a chore in the heat, especially summer months. The pool was nice and clean and many things were provided to include dishes, spices, soaps, towels, washer, dryer, etc. The pool gets cleaned regularly so that is nice. The BAD: House had an ant infestation that over time proved to be extremely annoying. We also killed a few roaches. The house water went out twice or more (stopped keeping count) at the most inconvenient times and the Internet was out for some time as well. However; the owner was responsive to the water and Internet issues so props to the owner on that front. More BAD: We were instructed not to pass a certain reading on the electric meter. We were frugal with electricity during the day and after 5 nights the owner or the butler (don’t know who) demanded an extra $$$ DOLLARS for going over the electric allotment at the very moment we were loading the cab, in cash! I mean, we were leaving and on a tight schedule and they wouldn’t accept anything but cash, what in the world was that about??!??? I am from California and pay INSANE electric rates so I believe I got duped here. There is simply no way in my mind we used an extra “electricity “ from Monday to Saturday early morning.
