Nice and safe location, appartement was somehow clean, bathroom could have been cleaner. Tv was not working, host was responsive at check in but not during the week for TV issue.

The apartment is in a good location and the price is right. It is an easy walk to the Place de la Bastille which is a bustling area. It is close to buses and the metro and there is a good cafe, Cactus at La Finca, next door. The apartment is serviceable and surprisingly quiet however if you are looking for old world Paris charm this is probably not it. Good for 2 people. We were there for a week and the place grew on us.
