House is nice, everything was as described. I saw comments about the alley in the back but to be honest the parking is behind a gate and so is the garbage dumpster so everything is secured then you walk right to the condo so I felt safe. The only thing I would ask is to leave an extra trash bag if guest are staying more than 1 day and possible have a mop in case of accidents. But overall this place is wonder and beds are very comfortable.
My family of 4 enjoyed our stay, residence were very clean and close to everything. Parking is a little tight, but the place was clean quit and we will definitely stay here again.
We had 3 days planned of Disney, California Adventure and the beach planned. This was an affordable option over a hotel. We were centrally located for all our plannings. Give or take with California trip you are as close as 10 mins from Disney Toy Story parking lot and about 25 mins from the beach.
It was a great place for the family but the neighborhood seemed to have a bit of a criminal element just on the other side of it. The place is secure and there is a security gate in order to go inside the property so it felt very safe once inside.
We stayed here on a mini vacation for Newport Beach. The location is great! We were able to visit Disney, the beach and La. It has everything you need and even comes with 2 sweet stray kitties in the garage. Definitely recommend!
Extremely close to disneyland, able to hear fireworks nightly! The home had everything you could essentially need for an extended stay away from home! We were able to entertain the children with games that were provided. The property was secured and in a great neighborhood, we really enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend for small families!
I rented this Vrbo to give my family a comfortable, spacious place to stay during our spring break trip to Disneyland, and it was a fantastic choice. The location is excellent—less than a 10‑minute drive to the parks—which made early mornings incredibly easy. The home was clean, well‑maintained, and very comfortable. The beds were great, the 2.5 bathrooms were a huge convenience, and the fully equipped kitchen made meals simple. It was the perfect spot to relax and get ready for long days at Disneyland. The gated parking structure is a nice feature, but it’s a tight fit for large SUVs. I rented a Grand Wagoneer (similar to a Yukon, Tahoe, or Suburban), and parking was difficult if the neighboring spot was occupied. If you’re driving a large SUV, consider renting a mid‑size vehicle or using the secure 24/7 garage at 3rd & Birch. It’s about half a mile away, 15 per day, and an easy walk. The neighborhood has a classic downtown LA vibe with a mix of business and trendy spots. There are plenty of local coffee shops and a nearby Starbucks. I highly recommend Pan Y Café Panadería for great Mexican pastries and coffee. Despite some reviews mentioning concerns, I didn’t experience any issues with homelessness. The nearby college adds some nightlife, and you’ll often see Marines training in the mornings due to a recruitment center close by. I felt safe throughout my stay.Overall, this Vrbo was a great home base for our Disneyland trip, and I’d happily stay again.
Very nice place. It was great for our family of 4. The Pac Man video game was awesome - brought back memories! Everything was nicely stocked. The Keurig was a great surprise.
My family went to Disney and Universal and chose this nice condo for our stay.
The condo was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. My family enjoyed the arcade as it created some fun competitiveness between us.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to rebook this condo. The owner of the property, Joel, was super nice and communicated as needed.
Excellent stay!

I wish I could say nothing bad about this cozy condo, as it was clean, in a great location for our trip to Disneyland, and had comfortable beds and everything we needed for a great stay. The ONLY complaint I have is that the listing mentions WiFi, but we were never given access to a WiFi network. Was not the end of the world, but sometimes the service in the area was not great and it would have been nice to have that option. Other than that, the stay was amazing!
Lovely little place perfect for visiting family in the area. Had some problems figuring out how to access internet and work the air but was reached out to owner and he/she both responded very promptly. Was very pleased with my stay . Would recommend to anyone traveling to LA for Disneyland and shopping close to Costa Mesa and OC. Was clean and looked just like photos . Enjoyed plenty of space with essentials like dishes, W&D and gated complex. Jen and Joel were very helpful with our stay and will be happy to stay again when visiting family !!! Thank you again for hosting we had a wonderful time!!!

Great host, Good place, Sketchy location.
Unfortunately during my first night the AC split units went out. The next day I messaged the host and he promptly put my Family and I in another unit in the complex which was a pretty nice upgrade. He let us use both places for the remainder of the stay. He was helpful and patient and made sure we were ok. My only issue was the location. I wasn’t much worried about my car because it’s a gated parking garage however the people next the complex gave us a really sketchy vibe and the location isn't ideal to say the least but it’s Cali and I’ve been in way worse places.

Not impressed
I did a lot of google street maps making sure the neighborhood was ok. From what it looked like the apartment to the left looked old but looked well taken care of. Wrong! We pulled up and I was like oh no……. The place next door was so run down and scary. Homeless lady that slept out front every night. Parking lot was so so creepy at night. Loud music till 10:00pm. Looking out the one window of the bedroom you look over 4 patios hoarded with stuff! Kitchen sliding door has no curtain so they can see in and you can look out onto the trashed hoarded patios. I was concerned and didn’t sleep well because I was worried……..
master bath had a moldy hotel smell :/. Was
Clean ish, walls and doors we’re dirty.
I wasnt so happy with this place . Not in a good area.

For some reason Nancy is under the impression that I can govern how others choose to live their lives. The windows have blackout blinds so all she needed to do was close the blinds and forget about the neighbors - yet she chose to let this bother her and therefore rate me based on how another chooses to live their life.
As for homeless people, the city does have a couple of homeless people as with all cities here. I hate to break it to all visitors coming into California but Southern California has amazing weather which means it is a great area for homeless people to live. With that being said, if my state of CA can't control the homelessness issue, how am I supposed to for Nancy?
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Again, people are allowed to do what they want because it is a neighborhood. Notice how Nancy mentions the neighbor, which I cannot tell what to do, stopped all noise by 10pm.
Kitchen sliding door doesn't need a blind because there's an 8' wooden fence and the back patio is very small. Someone would really have to go out of their way to look at what Nancy is choosing to complain over next.
I hire a professional cleaning crew to clean and disinfect the home after every guest. With COVID still lingering it is of the highest importance to provide my guests with a clean space.
Overall this review is more about the neighborhood then about my communication with my guests, the design and decor of the home, the amenities I offer, etc. If you choose to stay in my home rest assured I will provide you with the best host communication I can offer, I will respect your wishes and I will go out of my way to make your stay as comfortable as possible - within reason of course.

Neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Bars on all the windows. Felt safe where we were but nothing was within walking distance. Cleaners could have done a better job on the floors and dirty socks from a previous renter were on the floor in the 1/2 bath. Kitchen well stocked. Showers were beautiful. Could use some hooks, hangers and washcloths.
Great little spot close enough to Disneyland and other attractions in the area. The surrounding area can be defined as low middle class but everything was nice and quiet and no issues of any kind. The house was clean. Well furnished and check in/check out was a breeze. Would def stay again
