The Business Apartment called "Nadelwehr III" is ideal for a shorter or longer business trip to Lucerne. The apartment is situated in a quiet location on the Luzerner Allmend and offers everything you need for your stay. The business apartment offers a total of four sleeping places consisting of one single bed, a double bed and a sofa bed. A big plus of the business apartment is the completely furnished kitchen. There you will find all common kitchen utensils. In the modern bathroom you will find a shower, hair dryer, towels, bath towels and hygiene articles. A small balcony is also part of the apartment.



The monthly rent includes heating, electricity, water, monthly cleaning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, bed linen, bath towels and use of washing machines and dryers on the ground floor. For an additional fee and depending on availability, you can also rent a parking space.



You live centrally on the Luzerner Allmend and have leisure and recreation opportunities in the immediate vicinity.
