Holland Acres

Located on a beautiful working farm just minutes from The Ark Encounter and a short drive to The Creation Museum! You can enjoy the peaceful countryside yet be just minutes from the local sites, shops and restaurants. There is a guest house that is a separate listing under Holland Country Cottage that if available can be booked to give your family and friends more room while staying with us.

This property is divided into 3 different levels: The 2nd floor, the main floor, and the bottom floor which is a partially finished basement.

As you enter through the front door, you enter the foyer which is located on the main floor. This floor includes bedrooms 4, 5, & 6, bathroom #3, 2 separate dining spaces, a living room, kitchen, and utility room. Bathroom 3 is the primary bathroom for all three bedrooms on this floor. Extra towels & washcloths are located in each bedroom. This level also has access to the patio via the dining room and living room, which leads back to the in-ground pool. The pool is open May through Mid-October for guests staying at Holland Acres.

From the foyer, you can head upstairs to the 2nd floor. This floor includes bedrooms 1, 2, & 3 as well as bathroom #1 and bathroom #2. Bedrooms 1 & 2 share the jack-and-jill style bathroom 1, while bedroom 3 (the master) has a private, attached bathroom listed as bathroom 2 on the platform. There is also an additional sitting space in-between the stairs and the master on this floor.

From the foyer, you can also head downstairs to the basement. This partially finished basement has additional seating space for guests, as well as an additional full bathroom that can be used by guests.
