Great family get away

This is in an ideal remote location. No one but the grounds keeper was seen or heard from during our stay. The grandkids really enjoyed the well kept and clean pool. Would highly recommend this for family get aways.

Great trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great and accommodated our family of 15 very well. The house is very roomy and had everything we needed. We visited The Ark and the Creation Museum and loved both!

Youth Trip

We needed a place to stay for our group to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. This home had the best accommodations. It was very clean, check- in was a breeze, and a beautiful property. The pool was great and all of the bedrooms and extra space worked wonderfully for our group! Thank you!

Our Ladies Bible Study group stayed here for two nights . Great location to visit the Art Experience and the Creation Museum. Beautiful home, comfortable and roomy. Well stocked kitchen, linens and paper goods. Quiet setting. We are already planning our next adventure and planning to stay her again!

Perfect for large family

14 of us stayed here with plenty of room as we visited the Ark and Creation Museum. The property manager was fantastic and super quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Country Gem

House was accurate from description and extremely spacious. Kitchen nicely stocked. Lots of towels etc. Pool was very nice. Would highly recommend staying here. Back porch was very peaceful.

Conference at the Ark Encounter

We had a group of women staying together at this property for a nearby conference. The home is large with beautiful views looking every direction. The host communicated well and promptly. We had a good experience with this VRBO.

Great house!

Property works well for larger group/family. Never felt congested or crowded. All basic needs were met — linens, etc and even 2 coffee pots in kitchen complete with filters (might want to get some of the round not funnel type filters for next guest). We enjoyed this house a lot.

Family Reunion 2023

We enjoyed having plenty of room. The scenery and the easiness of getting to the Ark Encounter as well as the interstates. It is peaceful and beautiful. We were blessed to have the opportunity to stay in this lovely home Gina our hostness answered all our questions and was available to help if anything came up.

Amazingly Roomy House for the Entire Family

My entire family of fifteen - son and daughter, their spouses and their children stayed here for five nights. There was room for all to sleep and for family groups to play games in several rooms at the same time. We enjoyed the kitchen and eating area and liked that there was a large freezer as we brought some meals with us. We enjoyed the nearby Ark Encounter and Creation Museum and highly recommend the Newport Aquarium. It was a fun time for all of us to be together from VA,PA, KS and OH.

We had a great stay

The photos don't do this property justice. The house is very spacious. The outside photos must have been taken in winter, We arrived to rolling hills and greenery. This property has a long driveway and lots of views and privacy. It was perfect for our kids and grand kids to spend time together. Of course the Ark and it's zoo were very close, which we visited, but we highly recommend the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington and in the Fall-Country Pumpkins, in Dry Ridge.

Awesome Huge place.

Working with the manager was a breeze, super helpful! Plenty of sleeping rooms/beds with various choices for choosing appropriate rooms for the families. All linens were impeccable. Well equipped kitchen. Two living rooms with flat TVs. A separate room ideal for playing cards for up to 6 people. Good selection of games. Very close to the Ark Encounter. (Note the Creation Museum is 40 minutes away, and a very nice drive.)

Clean Comfortable Convenient

Clean! A must! Comfortable, a desire! Convenient, to our destination, The Ark. I was the coordinator for a group of 14 ladies attending a 3 day conference at the Ark. I heard the three “C’s” of my title over and over to include everything from the layout of the home, the bedding and especially the bright white fluffy bath towels! I would highly recommend Holland Estates. Missy, property manager, was quick to reply to a concern that was a result of the weather (high winds, sleet, sideways rain, tornado warnings).
