You will fall in love with this newly remodeled and decorated home with boho and midcentury vibes that can accommodate large groups of families or friends. The spacious home boasts two living rooms, a beautiful kitchen with peninsula, a large dining room table that seats 10, 5 bedrooms with new beds and 3.5 bathrooms. The finished walk out basement has a bar, family room, full bath, and bedroom.

Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful home- close to the ark adventure which was our reason for the visit. Well stocked with anything you needed and beautifully decorated. We were a group of 8 couples and there was plenty of space. Communication with Kate was so easy. Would definitely stay again when in that area!

Great family tome

What a great house for our crew! We loved the sunset views and comfy, warm house. Location was excellence all we did, Ark, whiskey tasting and football game! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay when visiting the Ark Encounter!

We had a great stay. The home has lots of space for a large family. It was also decorated very cute. We enjoyed our stay.

The Roselawn Retreat was truly a labor of love. I have so many warm memories of visiting my family in Kentucky growing up, which inspired me to provide a special place for other families to create their own wonderful memories.

What makes this property unique

The Roselawn Retreat is a relaxing and inviting home with plenty of space for your entire family to spread out. It stands apart by having two separate living rooms on the main floor, and a downstairs family room with a couch, TV, bar, and ping pong table. All of the furniture and beds are new. You will never feel crowded or cramped at the Roselawn Retreat. My family loves staying here and I hope yours does too!
