Penthouse unit on the top floor of building 3 at Beachplace. Top floor units enjoy a double balcony with access from the living room and Master bedroom. Amazing views of Beach, Pool, Pond and downtown Sarasota.This is a very popular floorplan at Beachplace. You have spectacular views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico to the right and the Bay and downtown to the left. Look no further as this is paradise.
